Nazare is looking good in this video. A similar setup to Figueria da Foz, where I lived for a few months, while property hunting. The latter place lacks the waves and that is a good thing because it also does not get the sheer numbers of tourists that Nazare seems to.
ATM machines are known to charge fees for certain services that Multibanco machines don't. So if you can, avoid them. About "Casa dos Gatos" Controlo de pragas is pest control, could be diseases or fleas.
