I am working on my Throat Chakra at the moment (as well as my Heart Chakra) as I am currently in my 7th House of my Birth Chart. So this has come at an excellent time! And WOW! I can feel the vibration with in my throat. It feels amazingly calm and somewhat grounding as well! This is certainly going to help with my communication skills! Namaste! :)

You need your date of birth, where you were born and the time of day or evening you were born. I would highly recommend a book done by YASMIN BOLAND called ASTROLOGY A Guide to Understanding Your Birth Chart. She also gives a service of a Free Birth Chart. You can buy her book on Amazon (that's were I got mine from) it really is brilliant! You can understand yourself a bit more from knowing about your 12 Houses and what signs are in them!
