That’s really empowered me. While I am meditate, I feel myself rooting into the deepest soil of the earth just like a flourishing tree, all the growing processes are calm but firm and powerful just like the way of nature expanding themselves, silence is the really harmonious power.

While listening to this on my laptop next to the window, it just got done raining hard, something Im assuming a bird hit my window hard, i did not see it but heard and felt it. I assume it was a bird because i heard what sounded like a bird after it hit and heard feathers. Very alarming but at the same time not worrried about it. Love this video
