Thank you for this demonstration and your knowledge - I'm curious if the UL2 system with replaceable cartridges is also an economical/case cost-benefit, or if the advantage (from your perspective) is based primarily on ease of use/reduction of waste (Assuming they address the leakage and other adjustments "UL2.1")
Worked for me for only two years and then the problem returned again. I did try to urolift company directly but they refused to talk to me. Does anybody have any ideas how to extend the lifespan of my urolift implant?

As of now, there is no cost benefit.

I have considered the Urolift procedure but I am also considering the iTND procedure - do you have any experience with the iTND device?
