Going on my first 100km this Month. My longest Ride was 87km. But I also only Ride MTB so I guess 87km on an MTB is like 100 on a road cycle. But I still want to do that 100km on my MTB
do it! It gets easier the more you do it
Do it bro!! I did my first 100km run with my Marlin 5 gen 2. It's definitely worth!!
@@harold18427lol did it a couple weeks ago. Wasnt even planned that day😂
Planning to do my first 100km before the end of the month and as a beginner, this is really helpful for my planning.
Loving your content. Underrated channel. Hoping to see more videos from you.
Goodluck. Kaya mo yan!
Best of luck! Glad the video helped!
Planning your route is very important.
I often make the mistake of not planning, then 30km of my 100km cycle is though a forest, hills and sand 😆
those are fun though!
Doing 100km next week for my 18 years old birthday
Im not that prepared but its gonna be fun
How did it go?
@@carlovillarica it was nice ! I was more prepared than I thought I think cycling has become my favourite sport thanks for the tips in this video!
gonna do my first 80km on the 26th! learned so much because of this video!
Good luck!!!!
Great tips bai and another excellent video. 100k is on my 2020 list that i need to cross out. Hopefully i can complete it before it gets to cold.🙂
You can do it!!! Just takes practice practice practice hahah
Love this! Great advice - subscribed - no boring days!
Yay! Thank you!
Another great video! Pls shout out sa next hehe As a beginner, my longest ride so far is around 60km from the metro to Danao and back. It was all ok, maintaining 20km/hr, til I had minor leg cramps on my way back around Consolacion area. Slowly cycled the rest of the way 😆. Lesson learned - don't just drink plain water. Make sure to add electrolytes. Electrolyte replacement drinks like.gatorade or even coconut water will do.
That's true! Everybody reacts differently sad gyud. Did you have someone with you? Wala sila na cramp?
Doing my first 100km today and nice to find out that I prepared it correctly
good to know! How did it go?
Great tips idol. We just had our longest ride today 9/23/20 its a 136km ride. Just share 1 tip from this experience 😁 Do not eat mongo on your long ride. 😂 it triggers my arthritis i think. My knee hurts on our way home.
hahaha great tip! and Congrats on your longest ride!!!
Planning to do a bike with friends from JY LAHUG to BOGO next month, we havr practice a ride from JY SQUARE and to liloan and increasing it in every ride
Nice! Good luck with that. You can do it!
Draft. 😎👌 It conserves a lot of energy.
This deserves an upvote. I forgot to include this in the video.
thank you so much idol for the tips
My pleasure!
excellent tips!!!
Glad you think so!
Nice! I have ben planning to do this too!
Go for it!
I did my 100Km last Sunday. Felt like a big goal. But honestly....after 100Km, I felt like I could go further. It's just that MTB limits my speed toh 21Km/hr avg.
Going for another one today.
Long rides are the best
Nice video bro🎉
Glad you liked it
@@carlovillarica no sorry, I made a mistake this is not a nice video it’s an amazing one 🤘🚴♂️
