I been watching this night your videos but I'm scared to cook for someone, I cooked before something simple like a sandwich for my mom or quesadillas for my aunties, but it's always the same fear that they don't eat the food I made with love for them, I fear that my food is so disgusting that they won't eat it or just don't finish. I do lamb chops almost same way Try adding ginger powder, chilli vinegar, white pepper If u have, some garam masala/mutton masala I replace ketchup with hoisin sauce But yeah videos like this inspired that reciepe
The ketchup is ever thing it adds more flavor to the chicken and makes it thick but in a good way and it makes it look like you got it from a restaurant
Woah. You know, this makes me sad that in my country it's not common to get unseasoned ribs. For some reason, the ribs you get at the supermarket are always seasoned. Butchers aren't as common anymore either.
