I appreciate so much that you include English translation on these, I find your videos very helpful. Always I appreciate your happy, positive attitude also. Thank you
Thanks for posting all your videos of the Hofner Shorty Violin bass UJ. I definitely prefer the sound with tapewounds - thank you so much for sharing this video and your thoughts. I really enjoy all your videos. You always seem so enthusiastic and happy - it puts a smile on my face. Have a great day, and keep enjoying your new bass :)
Hi Marc. I really appreciate you following my channel. When I actually make sounds myself, I feel the appeal of the bass guitar even more, and I feel the sound of the bass guitar on a daily basis. I would like to continue posting videos while having fun.
@@PsychedelicOyaji-UJ it has been a real pleasure to watch your videos. You are obviously enjoying playing the bass - you are always smiling and obviously enjoying yourself. Your enthusiasm is so nice to see. Keep on playing (bass and guitar) and please keep sharing your thoughts. Thank you once again my friend :)
I'm completely in love with Japanese people. They are so kind and positive! I came to look the tapewounds strings review, but I quickly forgot of it and get only positive from this beautiful man. Thsnk you very very much! You have made me happy today!
Thanks for the comment. I have just started playing bass guitar and there are many things I don't know yet, but I like it so much that I play it almost every day.
Hello from Chicago 👋 I just purchased a mini Hofner violin bass, and wanted to know what the pickup height distance should be. Very good videos. Thank you
Ahhh, very nice with the tapewounds. smoother and softer sound, especially with thumb/palm muting..... and also very clear tone with the pic. Well done UJ !!! i have an inexpensive Ibanez TMB30 (short scale bass) with tapewounds. i love it. Is there a music store near where you live? If there is, bring your bass and play it through a bass amp. Even through a small bass amp like a newer Fender Rumble 40.....it will put a BIG smile on your face.
Hi Claude I've heard that some bass players use guitar amps, but are bass amps better? "I try not to go to music shops because there are a lot of temptations, but I think I'll try going soon."
@@PsychedelicOyaji-UJ Hahaha.....yes, like a kid in a candy shop....i know. how that feels. The reason i mentioned it(bass amp), is that you will probably get an even richer, bassier sound from your bass.... tho' i have to admit, many of the smaller bass amps don't sound very good to my ears. i was pleasantly surprised by the Rumble40 for practicing at home, and i was lucky to find a used one, so not too expensive. The guitar amp you are using sounds perfectly good too.
@@PsychedelicOyaji-UJ Definitely use a bass amp. Sonically, lead guitar amps are deigned differently. Plus, bass frequencies can sometimes damage the speakers in an amplifier designed for guitar.

I would really like to communicate in English, but I'm still too inexperienced. This bass is so fascinating that I had to share it.
Woooow love the tone with the tapewound stringss 🔥
Just changing the strings can change the tone so much. I was surprised!

You’re the coolest. You’re style of video is such a relief compared to others in my opinion. Also I like your Chanel name 👽
Thank you. At first I wanted to make a lot of psychedelic music using the electric sitar, but suddenly I started playing the bass guitar.
Hi, UJ! Thanks for your videos! Have a nice day
Thank you 🙋🏽♂️

Thank you, I heard good things. Someday I want to play the bass guitar at a loud volume!
