Can someone explain the deal with ducking when lifting off and falling in-air? Is it to gain height when in air maybe? I love watching these slick surfs and this channel is helpful with providing nice music aswell. I would like to thank the channel, surfers and producers for good entertainment! :)
The point is that spamming it through the air does nothing. Yes it puts head down/ legs up to avoid obstacles and can help you land “more” smoothly. But if you are just beginning it won’t do much for you

It's actually not impossible for a skilled programmer to make a program powered by AI that could do maps faster than humans do if it gets the best runs as input.
You have to surf every ramp perfectly, or else you won't have enough speed to continue, and the map is over 3 minutes long. It's extremely hard, only 50 people have completed it.
The way I remember it, rulldar directed s1, and arxxy didn't. But then arxxy did a cool thing into the spin to make the time back. Also it was pretty early in the year, so that doesn't help.
It is mouse movement and occasional turn binds. You can get this smooth, with tons of practise. I have like 600 hours logged on the surf gamemode and even after all this time I am not that smooth yet

Just a preference. Some people spam crouch but it doesn’t do anything afaik
Maybe helps land more “smooth “ but it is not necessary
crouching pull your feet up so you dont clip whatever you're trying to jump over
If u crouch right before u land u land more smoothly if you crouch while turning midair you loose speed
