The reason they got louder is because you have to buy the cam follower with the blade as well the cam followers is a little too small on the stock stock count follower on the rebel it’s just a little too small so it’s gonna be louder but keep us a little in there make us a permanent to the camp follower of the cutting blade butter straight butter

Yep they got me twice and I never used the blade for longer then 30 minutes both times…not only is it loud,they don’t cut worth crap and I needed a bank loan just to purchase 2 of them.dang they’re proud of them things…appreciate the review regg

I have a pair of cordless seniors & stylecraft alphas & in my opinion, the AP2 cutting blade fits & cuts better on the seniors. Now it isn't flushed on the cam follower but it's not as loose as putting that blade on some gamma clippers.

If you have a old whal clipper, use the cam follower.
Its only that loud becuase the wholes where the springs go on the blade it too small if you could make a little space the noise will be close to silent
You must use a Wahl CAM follower in order to use the AP2 on Gamma clippers!

sc cam follower its slightly slightly smaller and thats where the noise comes from, it doesnt fit flush, i realized when i tried to use sc deep tooth cutting blade on a magic clip, the cam follower looks identical but the sc is smaller
That is the same as a ION blade from Salley's beauty supply and the ceramic cutter i got from Amazon, I paid total of $30....that company is robbing people

I have the pdr blade on my magics and it didn’t make it louder but I put on the spx blade on my rogues and it made it too loud that I put the original blade back on… I’m waiting for their p3 blade to come in stock I heard it’s really good

This blade works well on the jrl clipper- I’ve worked with this company for years!! I’ve tested almost every product they make. I love my AP2 blade! This blade fits many different clippers but works best with the jrl!
You must read about your mods- if you plan to take you clipper apart , at least do some research beforehand!!

Bought one of there blades for my babyliss skeleton trimmer. Made it loud and folded the hair. It was like i put a 3 year old blade on them. Switched back to there original steel blade and they hit like brand new. How can a blade me £70 and worse than a £15 blade 😫🤦😫🤦

There cutting blade has always made more noise you gotta get the cam follower too. But maybe they will make the cutting blade fit a tighter on the stock cam follower. Where is the easy swap right. I get it Reggie too expensive to have to make more modifications. But for those who don’t mind glue the blade to the cam follower n bam 💥💥
Hey have you put them on any wahl clippers yet? I have the SPX blade on my wahl 1919 and the PDR blade on my metal seniors and they both cut well and they didn't make them loud. I was looking at this blade to put it on my 1919 to see if they cut better than the SPX blade.
a gamma/sc machine with ANY BLADE that was NOT made by gamma/sc has just got to be an improvement ...but i have had the exact same issues with the eversince blades... the ones ive used do get loud, & theyre a bit aggressive, edges wise, for my taste, unlike, for comparison, the andis gtx blade that feels rounded off & doesnt scratch up ur clients skin like the eversince blades have done... my personal experience, ur mileage may vary, thanx reggie & merry christmas to ya

Its the tension spring. Any machine that has that thin cutting blade, the spring needs to be loosened

Reggie it looks to be a “DUB” on that blade. Try it on the JRL & Wahl and see if you keep getting the same result.

Put staggertooth magic clip cutter wirh the Gamma Std fade blade on the JRL = smooth cut & super crunchy sound. 💪🏽
Edit: metal cutter not ceramic or gold/black metal as coloured coatings/plating dull blades massively I feel.

Also since JRL/Madeshow have more similarities to babyliss, I bet that, that blade would fit and sound better on a babyliss clipper, at least the top blade.
Ever since blades need tension I have them on my madeshow m10 they work perfectly
Caliber Clipper just released their version of the fusion blade and it's only $25 and it also comes with the Deep tooth cutting blade
