Our Thoughts on the Dreams Jade Resort! Day 3 Cancun Vacation

- We're guessing that since you're here, you're looking for the best family resort in Cancun. Right? Now that we've got that squared away, we have some thoughts on the Dreams Jade resort in Puerto Morelos (20 minutes away from the Cancun Hotel Zone). If you've seen our previous videos, you know we were SO excited to hit an all-inclusive for the first time in a long time (and if you haven't, make sure you subscribe (ua-cam.com/users/familyonstandby.c...) so you don't miss out on any more!) We tried our hardest to soak in the WHOLE experience.
So was it good? Was it bad? Was it AMAZING? You can probably guess our thoughts, but we can't just give it away in the description of the video. You know that.
For a bit of background, we had to avoid all-inclusives in Cancun (and well anywhere Central and South America) for years because of the risk of Zika. Because of going through fertility treatments, we had to constantly sign documents saying we had no risk of exposure in the last 6 months to Zika to continue treatment. Brutal. But now that we're no longer pursuing treatment (hey, Everett!) the world is our oyster. And we plan on taking FULL advantage.

Family on Standby probably the Bahamas or Florida but they got hit by Dorian so it might just be destroyed now
@@nebisrael2250 Actually, only parts of Bahamas got impacted, so they'd love you to visit the remaining parts of the country and help boost the economy. And nowhere got hit in FL, so the whole state is wide open for travel. Enjoy!

Churros are OUR dream breakfast, too. So no judgement here, kid. Churro-on. And ya - tons of pools! It was so much fun.

How did you do hibachi with a baby in tow? Did he just stay in the pram? How did you manage with the a la carte dinners? Need tips for our trip with a baby! Thanks :)
He just hung out in his stroller. Was very young in this. We’ve done other trips with somewhat older babies and it takes some effort to keep them entertained. We trade off and on a ton so no one parent takes the brunt. This is hard with mom breastfeeding, but we make it work.
What month did you go here? It doesn't look busy at all. So peaceful!
We went in October, if we remember correctly lol! It was definitely rainy season, but it was an awesome time. We always go September-November because that’s when all the hotel deals are happening.
