I have a 68 Mustang I purchased in 1977 from the original owner. Lifelong Southern California car, purchased new in Palm Springs in December of 1967. 289, automatic, power steering, Factory AC, white vinyl top. In beautiful condition. I love it dearly. I was 18 when I brought it. I noticed the license plate on this car is VJN...mine is VWL...they were purchased around the same time. Enjoyed the video. Thx.

An old buddy had the factory 390 with C6 in his, which was white exactly like this one. His had the nicer "GT" logo wheels. He had the mill completely rebuilt, balanced, blueprinted, heads ported. Holly double pumper, Hooker headers. He purchased it in 1979 from the original owner.

Still kick myself for selling mine! It was that same color but had a black vinyl top! The inside door handles rotted out so my dad had some custom made ones out of Teak and Mohogany wood! My dad bought it new for $3,000! We took it everywhere, mostly to the beach. My parents love to take us to the beach!!

Ford and Moper are the ones that brought cool into the industry everyone no’s the truth. I hate people that say if it wasn’t for GM we wouldn’t have fast cars or we wouldn’t have, GM could have been at the front but when you tell others that fast cars won’t sell intermediate wipers will never work then they steal the drawings produce it. Ford and Mopar are unsung heroes, best looking vehicles then and know .
