There are days where things ALWAYS go my way and there are days opponents always get bs reaction hits. I feel it's the internet connection at that moment or day. Once I felt something is off i go play another game lol.
MDZjimmy made a whole video about this very thing the other day (how the opponent's DR basically cancels your own in certain situations). It's a systemic problem of the game engine and Capcom cannot fix it unless they completely redesign the entire drive system. Completely idiotic in my opinion, has happened to me numerous times - but the silver lining here is it happens to your opponent as well - therefore it's only 'conditionally unfair'.
I agree with you. Something is definitely wrong with ranked. I have the exact same Experian as you whenever I play casual matches or custom room matches the gameplay very smooth but as soon as I start playing ranked something just doesn’t feel right.

I get supers in neutral from just walking back and forth. Inputs just dont come out. Wrong inputs. It's infuriating, and Crapcom is doing nothing about it.
I've been pointing this stuff out for ages now, no one really cares. It's blatantly rigged every time I do too well the game stops me, I've passed 1600 mr so many times and suddenly I lose every game, game winning move or combo turns into drop that costs me the game, all my opponents are guaranteed to have way less points than me so I'll lose 10 or 15 per match and only stand to gain 3 or 4 its terrible, on purpose to allow certain players to always stay on top and people like us to never have a chance to even fight against them, most of them get legend on day 1 of the mr reset and stop playing ranked anyway, there's loads of cheats and I think there's bots too tbh there's a good reason you can't just search for matches like you used to.
@@DeathDasein He lost points to a server disconnect, and at the end of the video, he couldn't drive cancel because of the enemy drive rush canceling his inputs
@@Darkoviusthe drive rush cancel didn’t come out because he was pressing back at the same time. That doesn’t work even in training mode with no opponent.
Yo bro, I've never seen you this mad b4 but.. I think you're onto something as I've noticed too, playing Ryu, that my easy combos have been dropping a lot lately. Even though Ryu got buffed lately, I feel like my flow is slouchy now and not as smooth as it used to be with him.
Same! I've been noticing that my medium donkey kick isn't coming in after stand heavy punch. Especially when I want to cancel the donkey kick into level 3
@@justkaalojustkaalo2938 facts. Then you play a Bison. And the super cancel window is so large. You're guaranteed to get hit with a level 1-3 after his od super. Whereas with Ryu cancelling into critical arts is way more delicate.
Crhp run cancel with Kim seems to not work since season 2, its like the timing is different now and you have to input the command way later but I know it wasn't like that before as I've been playing as her since launch, they seem to change things without telling people, like I know I used to be able to do drive reversal and hit the opponent into a spray can at launch but at some point they changed it.
You can buy older game's soundtracks in game with Drive Tickets. SF6's Shop menu. The tricky part after is navigating the cluster f of a menu system to enable these soundtracks in battle. I knew it was possible for days or weeks before I figured out how it was done. Very unintuitive, and sorry but you'll have to look up a guide from someone else to help you for that. Pain in the a to explain.

This is why I don't play ranked anymore. I know it doesn't fix the game, but it's healthier for me and that's what is important. If you ever want to play a few sets and clear your head a little, I'm down. You already know me: Muerte_Cavanga. It might be a little laggy due to the distance though.

At 21:45, you did the input with back+MP+MK -> drive rush doesn't work with back motion because of charge characters so your input is incorrect.
