The best thing to happen in music in a very long time was when Miku and Kanami joined forces. In two very different personalities there is immense drive and talent. BAND MAID RULES
I'm an old guy, my brother sent me the Thrill and Real Existence videos the month the they came out and I've been entranced with them ever sense. This brings tears to my eyes the enjoyment that these extremely talented artists have given me over the years. I wish them all the happiness in the world, and I hope they keep going for as long as I'm alive
The band's popularity increased as Kanami became involved in composing music. Composers who were exposed to classical music at an early age usually have good taste.
I didn’t know this music was missing from my life until I I gave into the UA-cam algorithm last year. Now I can’t go a day without listening to them. Band-Maid = Joy to me.
Its given me great pleasure not just because of the music bit because of the unrelenting releases of music. There's always something new the excitement is always there.

The craziest part about this vid is that it only includes about 1/2 of their songs, which the rest are all equally as amazing. The only band I can listen to their entire discography for years and none of the songs get stale.

It's a wonderful story - five ladies who entered the (hard-)rock circuit with a purpose: to become a band that should make a difference there and not just be another vanilla combo. And did it work? In every respect - brilliant talents, hard work, steely determination, brilliant songbook, excellent live performances are (some of) the ingredients- and all that with the same line-up. Band-Maid: role models in many ways and a very, very important band. Feels great to be a devotee of theirs - they add (real) value to my life.
I'm about 1 and a half years in Band-Maid and I still haven't heard all of their songs yet. Wow, what a gold mine. When a few songs that I first hear that don't appeal to me, very few, I then hear them repeat it in acoustic form and I'm floored. Their talent, creativity, musicianship has no ends. A lot of their stream-only events are absolute diamonds. I wish they would release them on DVD's. Fantastic job Ohrenje on putting this out.

I just found them last year but now they own a big space in my heart. And silly or not... because of Kanami i started playing guitar in a age of 55. They are more than just another band.

Quand on est confronté au génie ... que dire ... Je n'ai jamais vu un groupe de rock qui soit autant équilibré au niveau de ses membres. Chaque membre a son rôle et le remplit parfaitement. C'est ça qui fait la richesse de la musique qui en émane. Un morceau de BM cela s'écoute au moins 7 fois pour en découvrir toute la richesse. La première fois, on découvre l'ensemble et les fois suivantes on réécoute en se concentrant sur un membre (enfin deux fois pour Miku, la guitare et le chant). Et là on s'aperçoit que l'harmonie du tout vient de la magie de chacune qui est franchement au dessus de la moyenne. En Tout cas, merci beaucoup pour ton travail de vulgarisation et de diffusion de ce groupe. Maidiac un jour, Maidiac toujours !!!! 🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶

Wow - this is great! I first found BM with Thrill and I like how it went all the way up to Show Them!! And I found 3 songs I have to hear in their entirety; but hearing Thrill after a long time is such a joy.
I'm so grateful to have discovered them thanks to UA-cam! All their discography is amazing! I really want them to play the older songs like Big Dad and Ai to Jonetsu no Matador because those are excellent songs! Looking forward to the new album of course ❤

Je me rends compte que j'ai regardé en première tout les vidéos de band-maid sur UA-cam sans exception, si ma mémoire est bonne j'ai regardé en première, la chanson non-fiction day, à Londres parce que j'étais au concert de Babymetal pour le wembley arena. Pareil pour Thrill je fais partie des 7000 premiers visionneurs à cause d'avoir traîné avec des fans de Babymetal a un concert à New-York en 2014, qui m'a envoyé ce vidéo.😊 En passant j'habite à Montréal au Canada.
Great collection of moments... Wouldn't it be cool if there was a time capsule in which each member secretly wrote in 2013/14 "What I expect I will be doing 10 years from now..." In other words, did ANY of them think they'd still be in this group, multiple world tours under their belts, 100s of songs and dozens of MVs in their catalog? (Just the kind of thing I think about.)

私も同様のおっさん（じいさんに近い・・・笑）ですが、幸い５年ぐらい前にUA-camでBand-Maidを知り、初めて観た（聴いた）時に「この子たち、オールド・ハードロックを上手く取り入れてるけど、本当に演奏してるの？」と思ったぐらい衝撃を受けて、それから何回もライブ動画をチェックして「一部、同期音もあるけど基本的に本当に演奏してる！！」と感動して、ライブ観に行ってあまりにも強烈な演奏で更に感動して完全にBand-Maidが生活の一部になったという経緯があります。
それまでは洋楽ロック主体の生活でしたが、彼女たちを知ってからは洋楽ロックが二の次になったという意味では、趣味という分野で歳を取った私の人生を変えてくれました。感謝しかないですね！

I hadn't realized what a long way Saiki has come - it's really noticeable how different she sounds and how much she's improved when you've got short clips strung together like this.

Je me rends compte que j'ai regardé en première tout les vidéos de band-maid sur UA-cam sans exception, si ma mémoire est bonne j'ai regardé en première, la chanson non-fiction day, à Londres parce que j'étais au concert de Babymetal pour le wembley arena. Pareil pour Thrill je fais partie des 7000 premiers visionneurs à cause d'avoir traîné avec des fans de Babymetal a un concert à New-York en 2014, qui m'a envoyé ce vidéo.😊 En passant j'habite à Montréal au Canada.
Great collection of moments... Wouldn't it be cool if there was a time capsule in which each member secretly wrote in 2013/14 "What I expect I will be doing 10 years from now..." In other words, did ANY of them think they'd still be in this group, multiple world tours under their belts, 100s of songs and dozens of MVs in their catalog? (Just the kind of thing I think about.)
