Next gen rockers coming alive! Any band that hires Junna, has to be filled with excellent musicians, or they will be totally over shadowed. I believe this band can hang! The vocalist has an amazing voice, sexy, powerful, skillful, and pitch perfect! Awesome range, as well! The bassist is completely solid. She seems to compose all of the right notes to hold down the bottom end. The guitarist is great! I'm a guitarist, so she speaks to me in my language, shredding! All in all, this band deserves all of the support we can give. If someone knows when and where their new album can be purchased, please tell me. This is a great band!
Not one word in there I do not agree with, speaking as a guitarist myself. Been listening to old material as well (tip: check Labradorite) and version Hagane 2 definitly is a step forward on many levels. I hope they will brake through internationally and am looking foward to more to enjoy. (Very curious what this version of Hagane would make of Labradorite.)
you're absolutely right, for me it's the biggest surprise, because the fact that the best drummer in the world plays great, it's no surprise that one of the best guitarists and co-composers is great, it's no surprise that the bassist is great (I know she doesn't stand out, but only fami has such a wonderful smile), but Nagi -san surprised me (I've never heard her before) - she sings great
You know I was sad when Hagane announced members leaving over a year ago, but they sure nailed it with the new members. I already knew Junna from before, but Nagi is such a good fit. This song is great but I really love her vocals on Hero Time

Sakura, the one who played a perfect cover of "The Sentinel" (I was trying to learn it on guitar). Then I saw the video description - of course it's her. You girls are amazing, the whole band!

Nagi has a nice voice. My fear was that she was some squeaky high-pitched singer ... so its nice to know that is NOT the case. Great video, great song, great performance. It is wonderful to have Hagane back 😊. We found a place where JUNNA's spectacular playing actually fits. Love the entire band!
I feel sure it’s coincidence, but I posted a comment on one of Sakura’s first videos after Hagane broke up suggesting that she try to get Junna since she was between bands too. Anyway, whether Sakura even saw that comment or not, I’m glad it happened.

女性ボーカルもガールズバンドも苦手でMVを最後までしっかり見ることなんてなかったのに、このバンドには度肝を抜かれました。
ドラムに目が行きがちだけどボーカルの硬派と言うか正統派な歌い方も良いし、ギターの美しい旋律に耳が引き寄せられる、ベースの安定感も好ましいしで素晴らしいです。
と言うかギャップで貫かれる感じが切れ味の良い刃物で切られるような感覚で清々しくて、そこに何故か日本を感じました。

サクラもジュンナも音楽の源流は80年代の元祖ヘビーメタル。親御さんの影響で楽器を始めた経緯もまた似ている。その２人の融合がどのように進化するのか楽しみでならない。80年代バンドオヤジだがこれからも応援したいと思う。
