Homelander Cries & Fires Sister Sage?

- Опубліковано 10 лип 2024
- In a shocking turn of events in The Boys Season 4, Homelander fires Sister Sage from The Seven. This occurs after Homelander discovers that A-Train had been leaking information to The Boys, a betrayal that Homelander feels deeply. Sister Sage admits she knew about A-Train's actions all along, claiming it was part of her master plan.
However, Homelander is furious at being kept in the dark and loses trust in Sister Sage's judgment. He sees her failure to inform him as a sign of disrespect and disloyalty. Despite Sister Sage's attempts to justify her actions and convince Homelander to stick to their plan, he is resolute in his decision and immediately terminates her from The Seven.
This unexpected firing shakes up the power dynamics within The Seven and leaves the team vulnerable. It also raises questions about Homelander's leadership and his ability to trust those around him. The consequences of this decision will undoubtedly play a significant role in the future of The Seven and their ongoing conflict with The Boys. - Розваги
Calls A-Train Fat, constantly demeans him for his addiction problems, threatens to kill him multiple times, almost forced Deep to blow his whistle.
Has the nerve to cry and the thought of him leaving and betraying him. I love how his mind works like a child's. The concept of self-awareness and consequences just can't settle into his brain.
oh yea, causes him to poison his own girlfriend
Yeah I'm like "you're crying over A Train betraying you and you didn't realize as to all the reasons why?"

Sister Sage had it really easy with Homelander of just getting fired
Yeah he must have genuinely respected her enough.
We all know he’s going to want her back soon, he be lying to himself if he don’t, remember she said no but he said yes when he ask her to join the Seven, he came to her not the other way around
Normally she would've been dismembered if she was anyone else😂
I hoped to see her being torned apart

He's talking like he liked A-train😂.
He always treated him like 💩 like he did with every other of his teammates
hes probably more upset that he's losing power
No. He doesn't like A-Train. He's just surprised that they can be embedded with his team and take so much from him and still betray him. He is angry sad. I also believe he may think it's a little hard to kill A Train. He's easy to kill once he's in Homelander's hands but to get him in his hands might be challenging.
One thing he can't handle is betrayal
@kadewade8726 the lowest common denominator of all these episodes is that he never questions himself, just like all malignant narcissists. They treat people like crap and yet they can't stand it when those people distance themselves and can't see why

I couldn't stop laughing when Black Noir reveals he and Sister Sage were sleeping together. That they really love each other. This makes Deep's octopus right, she doesn't love him. This shows Deep really was a selfish idiot with lustful tendencies.
It’s even funnier. She had to lobotomize herself to be with Deep but not Noir.

As risky as Sage was playing it, it was at least smart of her to play off the Stan Edgar playbook of staying alive. Make yourself someone Homelander thinks he needs to prove himself to
Ironically the people he doesn’t kill are the people that are straight forward to him and honest. Mallory, Butcher, Sage and Edgar all dislike and aren’t scared of him and yet he lets them live because he wants to prove he’s the best. Not just showcase it to people he thinks are pathetic.
I think Sage already knows Homelander's weakness is Ryan or himself. I'm leaning more towards Ryan
That’s honestly such a good and consistent observation. Like it’s obvious but I did miss it. Makes it much more understandable as to why he didn’t kill sage.
“ Oh no the guy I treated like dog💩 has betrayed me !!!! Ohh why !!!!!?? “
Don't think she told Homelander about A-Train because she knew Homelander wouldn't be able to stay calm and not act.
Good point
That's kinda obvious. After his reaction to Anika's confession she understood he is "that petty" and he cannot know because he'll tear A-train apart
“Maybe I am that petty.”
Exactly. She wasn’t stupid.
Her mistake is not telling she knew who the leaker was when she found out, and telling him it was part of her plan, explaining the reason why she didn’t tell him. That way he could’ve calm down and let her cook
@@user-vn1no7ws2b ain't obvious to some people XD
When Black Noir says, "What do you mean, lobotomize her?" i thought he doesn't know what that is
Truth is Sage didn't have to do that with him dumbing herself because she was more comfortable with Noir than with the Deep.
Which is a big off for the Deep even more so after what the octopus lady said was true.
Damn that's a great observation
my man, that just means she did it before Noir came in and Noir didn't observe it

Yeah we know this game. Realistically, her breastfeeding Homelander was her just keeping herself alive a bit longer until the inevitable happens

Honestly Sage had it coming. Even if Homelander wasn't necessary happy about it, he did listen to her and follow through on her plans. She should've kept him in the loop, if there's one thing you don't do it's lie to Homelander.
Yes she was pushing her look too much in this episode. She was lucky enough to be alive
sorry for my english,
i think probably sage dnt want to risk it. after she saw HL killed anika because they can get anything useful from her. she just and to keep a-train alive for her own plan.
She loves drama and messed around when she should have reported to homelander, coupled with the infiltration they run right in front of her and she just keeps fucking up.
If she told Homelander, he would've just rushed over to A-Train and killed him because he's incapable of seeing the bigger picture
If sage told homelander then he would have just lasered A train and sage would have no leverage. Just like what he did to webweaver, if webweaver truly knew about the boys and was the actual leak he would be great leverage for getting to the boys. Homelander is too short sighted so sage had to leave him in the dark to her plans
Fun fact, The octopus is actually voiced by Tilda Swinton. 🤣
Lmao the ancient one
Sage knew that if she even tells HomeLander that Atrain is the leak he would be too stupid and just instantly kill him

Yeah, I know he will just say fuck it, and laser everything, or, laser a few people and force the rest to comply.
Homelander is a narcissist, he isn't capable of seeing the long game.
Homelander hire Sage because he won’t admit but he needs someone like her, not someone like Firecracker who keeps manipulating him and kissing his ass, like how Avengers needs someone like Tony Stark or like the Justice League needs someone like Bruce Wayne because they use their intellect for certain reasons, Homelander may not like or understand it but it works and when he realized he really fucked up with; he’s going to want her back because he would be lying to himself that he don’t need her but he does, she has her own reasons to do whatever she’s doing like how he has his own reasons to do whatever he don’t tell his team about
It's funny that HL stated he hated yes-men and morons (e.g Deep) back in Episode 1, but he fired the only person who could stand up to him because of being unable to see the bigger picture.
Whatever is going to happen in Episode 8... HL will want Sage back after what will happen to him there.

I think Sage has been playing Homelander all along.
Sage didn’t tell Homelander bc she saw how impulsive he was with Anika. A-Train would’ve inadvertently led to the death of The Boys if Homelander actually listened to her more
