Peruvian Green Sauce (Aji Verde)

This Peruvian green sauce also known as aji verde sauce is about to be your new favorite sauce that you HAVE to put on everything! I am a sucker for a good sauce and this one is at the top. If you've never had it, prepare to be impressed. This is my own version of the sauce and I know each of my local peruvian restaurant makes it differently. My version is more of a tangy sauce than it is a spicy sauce.

Yes, my dear, we know that jalapeños are mexican, but the sauce is not mexican is Peruvian and unfortunately we don't have the peruvian green peppers in the United states so we settle with serrano or jalapeno to make it. Stop being a smart ass
