I think it would be a good idea, the only thing I'd say against it is having say the Pyramids in glistening white and gold tops look a lot better than their current state. That being said, I'm sure there would be plenty of turns to admire them when they're still new and glistening.

Where are the different biomes like in previous Civ games? Tundra, Tropics, Desert, Grassland, etc.? so far all I've seen is tropical maps? Also are we getting a True Start Earth Map for this game?
Me too, however I would prefer a Rus or Novgorod in the exploration age. The russian empire seems too late since they lived to WWI. Perhaps in the antiquity era we could get the Huns or Scythians.

Makes more sense than Tubman; Tubmans inclusion would've made more sense if there was actual slavery in the game; you could've had the woman from Hidden Figures(not black though, only a coloured woman) or Douglass(though he would also require slavery in the game as well) or MLK!
the version of America they're gunning for seems to be 1800s America (200 years ago, long before they became a superpower), which didn't have any of those yet. Plus I saw units that looked like early American settlers when they were colonizing and settling the land west of the East Coast, before California was even a thing
looks beautiful but I simply can't get used to the board game / theme park and toy aesthetics with awkward proportions that the series is plaquing from since Civ6 (maybe Civ5). I don't see an epic culture when looking a 300ft. stretching cities and mountains.

Im already focused on snatching tiles by simply buying them, a unit that does it and improves ot immediately is amazing
