I advise against this even though it’s not technically illegal. I will discuss more in my Sonic.exe guide. Thank you for all those who have pointed this mistake out.
You don’t have to apologize. It’s fine. I’m sorry for kinda sounding like a jerk with that comment I posted even though I wasn’t trying to. This is still a great guide that will help people who are new.

Don't let that get under your skin. Knuckles - As a Knuckles main myself, you have the job of making sure everyone stays alive and escapes. Tank hits, go for revives, escort people to the portal, and distract the EXE. You are basically the group's father. Robotnik - Either played by complete dumbasses or absolute pros, you will be assorted into one of those 2 categories based on one round. Don't pick him unless you know what you're doing. Amy - Using the one-two (Hammer Swing, then Hammer Throw) will usually cause the EXE to target you for a short while, make sure you're with another stunner to not get your ass whipped. Cream - More likely than not, you will be the EXE's top priority. Creams are often targeted due to how annoying they can be to deal with, don't be surprised if EXE hunts you down like a rabid animal. Sally - Sallys are the secret helper of the group, nobody but pros play them. You know you're in good hands when a Sally shows up. Shadow - People will judge you harshly due to the amount of Shadows that hide the entire match and then run around like a headless chicken when EXE spots them. Don't be like those Shadow players. Rouge - You don't see Rouge players often, so there isn't much stigma around them. More likely than not you're a simp. EXE - The biggest mixed bag out of everyone. Obviously, there are some you should strive to be, and some to avoid. Also, camping doesn't work. Go do your job, idiot.
As a Shadow and Knuckles main, I would like to share strategies for both that I personally use. Knuckles: Since Knuckles is always defensively capable in some way shape or form, and his abilities charge up rather quick, I like to play a bit of distraction (End up in chase by Sonic.) and stall for as long as I can before going down (Usually takes the entire round.) and then after that, I spam in chat for people to just leave me behind and that I've completed my duty. Shadow, I usually try to hide and try to run around the map for a little to spot a chase. Once they're down (hopefully not but it happens a lot) I try to distract EXE and then immediately go for the risky ass rescue on a downed survivor once I have dash, and if they're already picked up, I'll continue to distract.
I really appreciate this guide, but there are a few tips and details you might have forgotten. - As Sonic.EXE, you can pretend to be a clone, therefore messing up survivors, and you may be able to get a free hit. - Red rings DO speed you up, but I recommend taking them if you’re in a cornered situation, and have the HP to spare. - Lastly, reviving players as soon as they got knocked, may not be the best decision, as their survival may decrease. I recommend to wait a bit, before reviving, unless you have low HP, if it’s hardcore, or if the exit has spawned.
But don't forget theres that one mobile user who bleeds out within like 10 seconds so you can't wait (which is called stalling incase whoever is reading this doesn't know) too long
@@arandomgamer9317what he means is that you can run like a clone, meaning that you can run at normal speed but once you go near a survivor you have to quickly stand still for like a milisecond and then go forward and repeat, that will make the survivors lower their guard which means that you can get a free hit.
i remember when i first discovered the game, everybody picked the characters that i wanted... i had to pick eggman... but then i realized he has invincibility, and would run around saying "SONIC, I NEED MY P R O T E I N" trying to scare the player shitless, i almost always got the exe stunned XD
As someone who has been playing the Disaster since the first game, I can confidently say that there wasn't any guides for when I played. This will definitely help those new players with these tips. Also here is something you missed in the case of toxicity. Targeting/ tunneling. The instant a survivor is revived, the sonic may ignore the one who revived them or any teammates and go solely for the one who just got revived. People tend to mix this up with still getting chased after getting hit once. You don't know how many times I have been accused of targeting when I didn't even do it. The point is, people gotta be aware that they shouldn't target as it is just another example of toxicity. And if someone does target, the team should work together to save the one that is the target to ensure their survival. Anyways I just wanted to add that, that was a great video and I hope many new players learn from it.
Sonic.EXE: Hey, I'm using a thing, I think it's called "Strategy" or something like that... Kids who think that Sonic.EXE hurting everyone a bit and then leaving to let them heal is the only correct way to play: WAAA THAT'S TOXICITY
Happened one point when I was playing and tails was getting targeted I tried to help him and it works wasting his time but then I got downed and he camped thankfully shadow had tackled him and I got revived but then he still chased me while everyone else ran away and almost two minutes of being chased they found where I was and tried to help (since it was 20 seconds before the exit was open and everyone was healthy thanks to cream) but was slightly too late as I got hit and killed but everyone survived at the end
I'm a veteran that plays from 2020 or 2021 (I don't remember exactly) and, even if I knew 99% of these things, I was still looking foward for the tutorials for Tails, Shadow and Rouge. These 3 are the ones I use the least since I either don't think they fit based on the gamemode, map or team or they have been picked already. I use Tails the least because I'm really bad with the arm cannon, since the high ground is rare to get if Sonic appears before you can get to it, but I can juke and use my abilities properly. I don't use Shadow often since I prefer using characters that are very useful to the team, not saying I dislike Shadow or something, but he is VERY good and can revive easily his teammates if you know how to time abilities. Rouge is useful mostly in the map "..." since there are many walls and it's dark, but I don't use her in Hide and Seek and KindAndFair because these maps are bright and big, so it's very easy to be spotted. Overall? This is a great tutorial!
Also for rouge, her slide ability has a recharge of 10, 1/2 of Sally’s shield, which can help her survive and stall exe for what it’s worth ( also helps stunners see invis exe and which ones are clones) and in addition (for Amy) when she misses her hammer throw and gets roll, a person can use the roll to help Amy not only get a hammer back but help her escape when she has low hp and there are lots of other exes chasing her. Not that is makes them op but it does help them survive exe or help others survive
Another Tip:You can use nerves of steel to your advantage as Sonic, Especially Knuckles as usually they tend to back up a bit, but also are a stunner and will hit you after a short time, but "grabbing" them basically stuns then and makes me bleed out, losing some health and not being able to help their squad for a few. Worked with me anyways.
It should be noted that eggman will soon lose his "nerve of steel" passive soon since recently in the creator recently released a video showing eggman now being able to be grabbed with a unique animation
It is easy to notice if you make sonic.exe jump on the bouncer and then jump on it, because you will notice that he will quickly jump again and chase you
nonetheless, it's good for new players to know as they may not figure this out until after a few deaths, in which the game may become more unenjoyable to them
I’ve honestly never seen people tell the survivors about classes, and instead just say: “This is how to be Tails, this is how to be knuckles” etc. I’ve honestly never seen people talk about how much classes should be on a team. I’ve seen your other vids and you’ve earned a sub on my other account
I'm a veteran of sonic.exe the disaster, I personally think this tutorial is really well made, and would send it to some of my friends who need advice for this game, however, you missed a few really great tips that i believe were missed opportunities. The first one I was surprised you didn't call it out, but if you make an advanced tutorial for this game, bring this up first, during the highground section, you didn't mention that experienced and competent sonics can stay on really high areas and watch for people on the ground, and when spotting one, swoop down and hit them, no one possibly sees it coming as no one looks upwards. 2nd is trickery, a common trick I notice when I fight good sonic players, is pretending to be a friendly sonic. This can make people either leave the game, making it easier for sonic to win, and make people get close to him, allowing for easy grabs and hits, dont fall for the fake friendly strats. 3rd is make sure you give your shield to people when your in a position that would make sonic struggle to get to you, as a sonic could easily abandon his target and go for the shield-less sally. 4th is DO NOT pick rouge unless you have good map knowledge, because you can have blind spots due to climbable areas you didn't know existed. Hope these tips could be helpful.
Despite already knowing everything since playing the way older versions, I liked this video! It shows a lot of the details in playing the game. The video was fun and you can really invest yourself to watching it! Works real well since you showed the mechanics of things and were also talking about how you could use the characters to the best of their abilities, you covered basically everything a new person would need to know! The only thing I can nitpick out of this is that there's no chapters defined for any of the parts so you can refer back, but that's no big deal.
To be fairly honest, tails is probably one of the worst characters, esp for beginners. His arm cannon is extremely hard for beginners to hit, and his glide isn’t as useful as other mobile characters. I’d recommend that beginners should use eggman or cream, as eggman’s stun is the easiest to hit, and also has the ability to get away, while cream’s speed boost can easily get away from sonic, and potentially loop sonic.exe forever. It should also be noted that red rings give a speed boost to survivors, at the cost of 15 HP. For my tierlist: 1. Cream 2. Eggman 3. Knuckles 4.Shadow/Sally(while these two both play very differently, I feel like they’re both as good.) 5.Amy 6.Tails 7.Rouge
I’ve played this game for a while, don’t know when exactly but prob 2020. I learned stuff I didn’t even know, like Sonics spring recharging faster then the survivors. This is a amazing guide and I hope more people watch this instead of asking for help in the game. 😂
I remember in ... there was this really tall bridge you could go to, and everyone pretty much went there every time, I remember no one made it to 100 seconds on that map once they got on that ledge.
tbh, support and healer is the same thing. about the tails one, what you said was not a lie, but he is also very chosen for being a well-received character in the community, and also a very famous one.
Support actually used to be what Cream was considered to be, but now they are two separate classes. Difference being that one actually refunds HP while one keeps HP from being taken. I think you could make the argument for every character having it’s fans though
As a pro player at this game and a pro jukerson These are pretty good tips for new players! I really like the information you give on the characters and the high ground There is another reason why people go to the high ground. 1. In some maps your always near the exit For example: hill, YCR act 2, and YCR. 2. Is good for tails for stunning the exe [if they can hit there shot :)] 3. You can see everything on map, we’ll almost due to the fog but you get my point. For beginners who are getting a little good at the game, I would recommend to play on controller. Is very easy to juke the exe and minions. If you don’t have an Xbox, no worries! If you have a Bluetooth device, just turn on the Bluetooth mode and go on the Bluetooth setting in pc or phone. I use the DualShock controller from the ps4 on iOS [if you don’t know what iOS stand for is iPhone] That’s it for my comment If you read the whole thing, nice! Have a nice summer
TIP : The little rooms with the white doors, when you get on it it can repel you so you can jump high in the sky or get pushed far away, good for when EXE chases you
For the YCR, the reason ppl love it, is cuz its easy to see exe come, and is easy to jume and stun him. Also the highest spot in the game i think. It is really open and easy to call attention to teammates or how de from exe
Also, the reason why people like the high ground, is because of primal instinct. A preadator a lower elevation than you is a lot less likely to hurt you that one that is at the same elevation or above.
I tend to play as Sally because of her shield ability and her roll ability Amy because of how useful her hammer abilities are. And Cream because she’s harder to hit for Exe not to mention her speed boost ability along with the healing ability. Tails is pretty decent with his glide but his cannon is slow and hard to aim but he’s better than Knuckles who has to get dangerously close to Exe to stun him while Eggman is very slow. Rouge is ok she’s got good speed but that’s it same as Shadow.
I really apréciate you doing this, it’s so well explained, nice edition that helps understand, and nice examples! This will help me to get way better at being cream and avoiding sonic.exe. You deserve way more subs.
@@dreamshakz i give this guide 999/1000 because u didn't teach or tell how to juke sonic and on toxicity there's other there's targeter and teamer and someone that acussing someone a targeter and u didn't really explain the character abilities but ig the classes aready tell so u don't really need explain the character abilities and u didn't tell about the gamemodes(idk if you actually include this or not bc i alway forget thing in 1 minutes) overall good guides
Another tip: as an exe jump when your near a stunner since they cna easily stun you unless they miss, you can also move backwards or move a lil bit to the side where the stun hitbox wknt hit you, to prevent this as a survivor yiu can jump and stun cus when yiu jump the exe will think ur trying to dodge them, this dosent work 100% of the time but i'd say it works 82.43% of the time (I did not calculate that i just wanted to sound like a 🤓)
Dreamshakz, I just started watching you a couple of weeks ago, and I am happy to say that you are good at making videos. I started playing TD with my friend during the school year, but I didn't have advice on how to play, so I am happy that someone finally put the time and effort into creating a beginner's guide for people who are looking for tips and tricks. Please keep making videos, because they are fun and awesome. Now I can play TD like a professional thanks to you.
Yeah I noticed there was no real general guide to play TD, but given that the game was still in beta, I just presumed that people were waiting so I did the same. Once 1.0 released, I knew a lot of new people were gonna be playing and need a guide. I think a lot of people quit just because the game has no real tutorial
@@dreamshakz Yeah, my friend wanted to quit because there was no tutorial, but I tried to figure out how to play and then I helped him out. Unfortunately, he doesn't play the game anymore, but I still do!
i remember some tails main was following me every time i choosed to be cream, he was saying things like "i love you" or "come with me" and he angered every time a player or the exe came near me
I have been playing this game only for a while and yeah this will most likely help me in future cases. Also thank you for the Rouge one cuz like I learned how to use kinda quickly but I didnt know she needed like a specific amount of teamates- so yeah thank you for that mainly bc shes one of my favorite characters :)
OMG YOU FINALLY MADE A VIDEO YAYYY!IT LOOKS SO WORTH THE WAIT,CANT WAIT TO WATCH IT! I love your videos so much because they have so much creativity and humor so keep its up :D
I saw the amy screaming at knuckles, and in a demonic amy voice i said "Knuckles... We need to cook" before laughing my ass off at the thought of amy being addicted to meth
Sonic exe’s attack does 65 damage and the minions do 20 damage. As cream, you have to heal someone twice so they can tank another hit from sonic.exe Also I’m pretty sure cream’s heal cooldown is shorter when you stand still but I’m not sure.
I didn't notice at all that I was in a video but I must say, this is very helpful! Edit: I really need to start off by playing other characters other than picking only Sally, Cream and Shadow.
Would have been great if I had this guide when I started so thank you for putting it out there for people that are new :) Also we did not discuss red rings so if you are new please read this : Red rings are located everywhere in all of the maps and you should try your best to avoid them unless you're in a specific game mode called Hemorrhage red rings will make your screen go glitchy and you will hear weird music the timer on your screen will have random numbers flashing in the clock will be going crazy I believe there is flashing lights to so be careful about that. The reason why I said Beware of these is because they take away HP. They also reveal your location to the exe and or minions. However on the specific game-mode that I had listed sorry I can't spell the red rings change into regular gold rings that you'll have to collect to keep your HP up as it slowly goes down. Thank you
Great video, now I can teach my Lil brother how to play this gaem Edit:Playing as Amy, dont use double stun when sonic is already got stunned, its not useful thing, you will die as still even if you will miss. ( + KARMA ) Edit 2:By playing as main your character, you will becoming trained and skillable, try play as much of them, if you want to be skillable to avoid the deathj.
I'm a fast learner so I caught on pretty quickly when I first played and I mastered some characters. But I will use these tips to help me improve on some.
what sucks is they patched amy so she doesn't have a ranged attack anymore, so tails is the only ranged stunner. but hey, shadow is a bit more of a offensive stunner rather than a defensive one. that and the nerves of steel no longer exists, if you're dead you're dead and theres no exceptions
I love this game, its fun. One thing that is annoying is being the exe on lag, im typically more laggy and can never land hits (which is most definitely my ends fault)
heres a lil tip if you get someone down target them when you can because once there down and get up if they get downed again game over that will reduce the amount of survivors and make it alot easier for you to win but you might be flagged for it since it is technically targeting but thats why theres a *when*
While I do agree you should get survivors down as fast as possible, I think it’s better to just hit and move on to the next person. I’ll have an in-depth Sonic.exe guide up soon enough
I can move exactly like a decoy, so I release 2 them myself at the same rate, then they think I’m a decoy, if a character that is capable of being grabbed is nearby and alone, I will grab them. Most of the time they die
i was once left alone as rouge on hide and seek and the timer was still about 75 seconds away from the exit opening up but i managed to survive until there was 32 seconds left before it opens
hi so like im a veteran at this game and its amazing that even after playing the game since the first game uploaded i still got to learn a few things lmfaooo. Thanks for this awsome vid, ur so damn underrated!!!1

Yeah it’s my dream to become a full-time UA-camr as well. You really just have to keep making content and looking for value. Think of things from a viewer’s perspective, and try to make content you think even you could watch yourself and enjoy. You just have to find that sweet spot (mine was the April Fool’s video) and keep making quality content that catches people’s attention. Thank you for the 1M prediction though, I hope it becomes a reality.
I made it to the end! also your missing something people sometimes targeted you for no reason if they play as sonic.exe and it happened to me three times in a sever that I was in and I rage quit from it because I was Tails
Nice tip:whenever the exe uses a clone if your screen doesnt make the sound where hes around you then just stay still unless he's going to u Second a tip where a noob will call u a hacker but a still strategic tip: whenever your a shadow main the best thing is too run from the exe or juke the exe and immediately use shadows attack to immobilize the exe while having a way to get away easily when u have shadows dodge
I really like the guide but ill give some tips too this might be ling but itd worth to do it Boys trio - Tails, knuckles the echidna , and eggman Tails - Mobility, and ranged stunner - Arm cannon - a ranged shooter thst can help yourself in a long distance or close hits also can save other teammates. The downside for arm cannon is hard to aim for (Mobile) players make sure to time right on siming and watch out for sinic.exes clones it has a higher chance that you might hesitste and shoot enadomky without stunning the monster Glide - a glide thst increases safe awareness for tails and makes him a bit faster by flying this method is by using for escapetion but it is bad for low ground i really recommended to use in a high building/geound for great gliding Knuckles - stunner, defense Punch - a quick melee attack to stun sonic.exe but the downside for this is sonic.exe can dodge this by jumping up the survivor (knuckles user) making it an disadvantage.. Block - a defense use that protects you from getting 1 hit . Blocking it makes both of you and the exe push back but you are faster to allow you to run or escaoe wuickly the sonic user will push back longer than usual (PASSIVE) Nos (nerve of steel in the vid) Eggman- mobility, stunner Shock- a weapon thst eggman uses for great stunning and saving teammates this allows you to have a 75% stunning and 25% of not stunning sonic.exe since he can run away t`he shock allows you to get "s" what is s you say? Iframes allows you to not get yourself indanger or hit due to s saving Jetpack boost - a jetpack that allows you for an advantage to go different places that allows sonic.exe slowing him down and allowing the survivor(eggman) run quickly GIRL TRIOS AT 5 LIKES!!! (Amy, cream , sally ) Bonus : Red rings - allows you to run faster but takes down your health/hp 1 per tick. This ring is very useful on running for minions or the main killer sonic.exe use this for emergencies like getting hit once from sonic exe and getting chased for awhile colldct a red ring quickly ( cream's speed boost also mixes with the red ring ) Hemorrhage - a gamemode where everyone bleeds you may need to collect rings yes ring`s.. a ring that heals you 10+ (if no one has collected it) if someond collects it and you collect it sfter it heals you less Hardcore- basically a one shot gamemode so you need to becarefuk in this one thanks!! Omg sorry for bad grammar my keyboard rlly sucks on ipad 😭
Shadow can actually be useful in a server with 6 players also since mostly he can be a distraction, the block or the tackle whatever can be used to stun exe for a few seconds but it will stun you for a few lesser seconds than for exe, so exe will be stunned for 4 seconds, you’ll be stunned for 2, it mostly easy gets exe’s attention with that ability, and sometimes exe will lose you when you use dash so that will get them to use their indicator, or look around, stay near exe so they won’t reach your teammates, if they do reach your teammate, try to block one of exe’s attacks on your teammate, never stop until you choose to.
I usually use eggman bc its hard for me to use knuckles punch amys hammer and tails cannon bc i cant really aim So the reason i use eggman is bc to stun sonic.exe you just have to run into him and i also never really won a match as sonic.exe and also knuckles has 2 revives instead of 1
good guide but I feel like I just play the game the same way and I dont put much thought about strategies and it works out so for new players to learn how to play, just play the normal way everytime.
a tip for sonic is stopping when someone jumps and trys to juke what this does is makes them panic and try to move away and it works for me everytime and i get a full solo kill with them and for survivor hide behind walls and move around when sonic trys to hit u cause he may not see it coming and but i dont know the new things i only know the stuff from 2020 of the game man i miss it so good
I know I’m late, but 1.0 is still out, so forget it, here’s a revision. Amy, Sally, and Rouge all also have mobility, in terms of Roll (Sally, Hammerless Amy), and Slide, (Rouge).
I'm a knuckles main so here's a knuckles tip: if cream or someone that isn't knuckles shadow and eggy go to the exe and block into his face so if he hit while grabbing u van block and your teammate can run of,I hoped this helped bye
Ik this was made a 8 months ago. But forgot a few things like when you get hit by a minon you don’t get as big as a speed boost and they do less damage also the fact you lose blood points if a minon is camping you
For anyone watching in 2024 or beyond: Shadow has lost the ability to block. Same with Amy but with her Hammer throw. Idk what got replaced with Amy so here is Shadow's new ability for you: Tackle: Tackle is a medium ranged stun attack that is similar to Dash. Unlike Dash, you can move around while you Tackle. Speaking of Dash, Tackle goes half the distance of Dash. You could maybe combo with these 2 to travel LONGER distances. Tackle gives less knockback than Knuckle's Block and you can use it to free a teammate from Sonic.EXE's grab. Fun Fact: Tackle does more stun to fallen teammates. I will put what Amy's new ability is when I have played Amy and have fully understood it. Also! You should make a category for Medium Ranged Stunners. Only belonging to Shadow *maybe more in the future*
guys i’m a rouge main just because i used to be a horrid tails main (that kind) and i was not good at using any class except for creating a good way of knowing where everyone is with playing rouge
Here is a tip: As Eggman, do NOT chase Sonic.EXE with your shock on for too long. It can make you a target and get you killed. Even if you don't stun the EXE, it is still a HUGE waste of time and you should only do it when Sonic.EXE is close to you, not far away.
Well in the update when they changed shadow block to tackle shadows tackle is like block and hit at the same time so i would add shadow to stunners too

- Lastly, reviving players as soon as they got knocked, may not be the best decision, as their survival may decrease. I recommend to wait a bit, before reviving, unless you have low HP, if it’s hardcore, or if the exit has spawned.
Yeah these will likely show in my future tutorials on how to play Sonic.exe and game modes
But don't forget theres that one mobile user who bleeds out within like 10 seconds so you can't wait (which is called stalling incase whoever is reading this doesn't know) too long
Aren’t the clones slower tho?
So if you ran you would be faster, but walking would be slower
@@arandomgamer9317what he means is that you can run like a clone, meaning that you can run at normal speed but once you go near a survivor you have to quickly stand still for like a milisecond and then go forward and repeat, that will make the survivors lower their guard which means that you can get a free hit.
@@dreamshakzcan you reupload this with blaze and silver as they were added in the halloween update
i remember when i first discovered the game, everybody picked the characters that i wanted... i had to pick eggman... but then i realized he has invincibility, and would run around saying "SONIC, I NEED MY P R O T E I N" trying to scare the player shitless, i almost always got the exe stunned XD
I usually use eggman for a funny juke where u use he's defense ability and then jump over the exe
Thanks! Yeah I should’ve mentioned targeting but it just kind of slipped my mind
Sonic.EXE: Hey, I'm using a thing, I think it's called "Strategy" or something like that...
Kids who think that Sonic.EXE hurting everyone a bit and then leaving to let them heal is the only correct way to play: WAAA THAT'S TOXICITY
Happened one point when I was playing and tails was getting targeted I tried to help him and it works wasting his time but then I got downed and he camped thankfully shadow had tackled him and I got revived but then he still chased me while everyone else ran away and almost two minutes of being chased they found where I was and tried to help (since it was 20 seconds before the exit was open and everyone was healthy thanks to cream) but was slightly too late as I got hit and killed but everyone survived at the end
you forgot to mention as cream people will come up to you and scream: "HEAL ME HEAL ME NOOOOOOOOOOOW"
Thanks! In-depth character guides will be coming soon
Worked with me anyways.
if you get grabbed you really have a skill issue ngl
That’s clever for when it was a thing to purposely trip nerves of steel
It should be noted that eggman will soon lose his "nerve of steel" passive soon since recently in the creator recently released a video showing eggman now being able to be grabbed with a unique animation
Gee, thanks, I didn't know sonics spring recharged faster.
No problem!
It is easy to notice if you make sonic.exe jump on the bouncer and then jump on it, because you will notice that he will quickly jump again and chase you
nonetheless, it's good for new players to know as they may not figure this out until after a few deaths, in which the game may become more unenjoyable to them
Same, even tho i played the game for a long time i never knew this
For every exe tho
I’ve honestly never seen people tell the survivors about classes, and instead just say: “This is how to be Tails, this is how to be knuckles” etc. I’ve honestly never seen people talk about how much classes should be on a team. I’ve seen your other vids and you’ve earned a sub on my other account
Thanks! I tried to be more in depth about how a team should run and what kind of chemistry can be useful
Yeah I probably need to add timestamps, other than that though, I think covered just about everything
For my tierlist:
1. Cream
2. Eggman
3. Knuckles
4.Shadow/Sally(while these two both play very differently, I feel like they’re both as good.)
5.Amy
6.Tails
7.Rouge
I’ve played this game for a while, don’t know when exactly but prob 2020. I learned stuff I didn’t even know, like Sonics spring recharging faster then the survivors. This is a amazing guide and I hope more people watch this instead of asking for help in the game. 😂
Let’s hope so. I wanted a genuine way for people to learn the game without playing till they make it
I remember in ... there was this really tall bridge you could go to, and everyone pretty much went there every time, I remember no one made it to 100 seconds on that map once they got on that ledge.
Shadow now has his own stun as of 1.1 so he would make another great addition to the team.
tbh, support and healer is the same thing. about the tails one, what you said was not a lie, but he is also very chosen for being a well-received character in the community, and also a very famous one.
Support actually used to be what Cream was considered to be, but now they are two separate classes. Difference being that one actually refunds HP while one keeps HP from being taken. I think you could make the argument for every character having it’s fans though
As a pro player at this game and a pro jukerson
These are pretty good tips for new players!
I really like the information you give on the characters and the high ground
There is another reason why people go to the high ground.
1. In some maps your always near the exit
For example: hill, YCR act 2, and YCR.
2. Is good for tails for stunning the exe [if they can hit there shot :)]
I use the DualShock controller from the ps4 on iOS [if you don’t know what iOS stand for is iPhone]
That’s it for my comment
If you read the whole thing, nice!
Have a nice summer
Yeah I tried to relay the high ground info well, I know a lot of people sleep on it
@@dreamshakz yeah and you did a good job on that!
TIP: If you eat a red ring you will go faster so it's harder for the exe to get you but he's still faster then you a bit.
Also, the reason why people like the high ground, is because of primal instinct. A preadator a lower elevation than you is a lot less likely to hurt you that one that is at the same elevation or above.
I tend to play as Sally because of her shield ability and her roll ability
Amy because of how useful her hammer abilities are.
Thanks! And in-depth character videos will be coming soon so look out for that
hopefully this can stop a few of new players from asking everyone how to play every 2 minutes
Let's hope so
Awesome guide for newbies, this gives EVERY detail about the game basically, i love that!
keep it up!
Thanks! Appreciate the clip you had available as well! Nerves of steel is way too hard to get off 😂

FINALLY SOMEONE WHO Telling the classes in stead of saying this what tails abilities do or other stuff
You know I keep it 💯
@@dreamshakz i give this guide 999/1000
because u didn't teach or tell how to juke sonic

and u didn't really explain the character abilities but ig the classes aready tell so u don't really need explain the character abilities
and u didn't tell about the gamemodes(idk if you actually include this or not bc i alway forget thing in 1 minutes)
overall good guides
Another reason to be on high ground: sonic.exe can literally do a surprise atttack and drop down and hit you . [Also never run staright!!]
Another tip: as an exe jump when your near a stunner since they cna easily stun you unless they miss, you can also move backwards or move a lil bit to the side where the stun hitbox wknt hit you, to prevent this as a survivor yiu can jump and stun cus when yiu jump the exe will think ur trying to dodge them, this dosent work 100% of the time but i'd say it works 82.43% of the time
(I did not calculate that i just wanted to sound like a 🤓)
Dreamshakz, I just started watching you a couple of weeks ago, and I am happy to say that you are good at making videos.
Glad it could help then
i remember some tails main was following me every time i choosed to be cream, he was saying things like "i love you" or "come with me" and he angered every time a player or the exe came near me
The roleplayers man 🤦🏻♂️
I have been playing this game only for a while and yeah this will most likely help me in future cases. Also thank you for the Rouge one cuz like I learned how to use kinda quickly but I didnt know she needed like a specific amount of teamates- so yeah thank you for that mainly bc shes one of my favorite characters :)
No problem, she just works way better with a team
OMG YOU FINALLY MADE A VIDEO YAYYY!IT LOOKS SO WORTH THE WAIT,CANT WAIT TO WATCH IT!
I love your videos so much because they have so much creativity and humor so keep its up :D
Thank you so much! I know it took a long time but I sunk a ton of effort into making this one high quality
I can tell! The quality is amazing
Thanks!
Would have been great if I had this guide when I started so thank you for putting it out there for people that are new :)
Also we did not discuss red rings so if you are new please read this :
Red rings are located everywhere in all of the maps and you should try your best to avoid them unless you're in a specific game mode called Hemorrhage red rings will make your screen go glitchy and you will hear weird music the timer on your screen will have random numbers flashing in the clock will be going crazy I believe there is flashing lights to so be careful about that. The reason why I said Beware of these is because they take away HP. They also reveal your location to the exe and or minions. However on the specific game-mode that I had listed sorry I can't spell the red rings change into regular gold rings that you'll have to collect to keep your HP up as it slowly goes down. Thank you
Hemorrhage

Idk if anyone mentioned this but when sonic univises he can be seen flying a lil bit so u can watch out for that to
Great video, now I can teach my Lil brother how to play this gaem
Edit:Playing as Amy, dont use double stun when sonic is already got stunned, its not useful thing, you will die as still even if you will miss. ( + KARMA )
Edit 2:By playing as main your character, you will becoming trained and skillable, try play as much of them, if you want to be skillable to avoid the deathj.
I'm a fast learner so I caught on pretty quickly when I first played and I mastered some characters. But I will use these tips to help me improve on some.
What I do with the blood meter is keep it really low so I die very slowly, but not let it go empty because them you will die.
what sucks is they patched amy so she doesn't have a ranged attack anymore, so tails is the only ranged stunner. but hey, shadow is a bit more of a offensive stunner rather than a defensive one.
that and the nerves of steel no longer exists, if you're dead you're dead and theres no exceptions
I’ve seen when sonic uses grab and you get downed and then revived it takes away 5 hp idk if it’s a mechanic since I took a lil break
I’m surprised you didn’t mention targeters. And also people who say you target them even if you went after them for like 10 seconds. Hella annoying.
i was once left alone as rouge on hide and seek and the timer was still about 75 seconds away from the exit opening up but i managed to survive until there was 32 seconds left before it opens
hi so like im a veteran at this game and its amazing that even after playing the game since the first game uploaded i still got to learn a few things lmfaooo.
Thanks for this awsome vid, ur so damn underrated!!!1
I made it, while I'm not new to the game, it's nice to at least read up on the basics once in a while to help further my skills in the game
i went into this game blind, survived as tails, did not get hit because i just hid, went into random green ring
Finally! Someone actually made a guide on TD, nice vid dude

I made it to the end! also your missing something people sometimes targeted you for no reason if they play as sonic.exe and it happened to me three times in a sever that I was in and I rage quit from it because I was Tails
Thanks SO MUCH for telling me tips, I have been insta-dying because of lag… keep up the good work man! 👍
Nice tip:whenever the exe uses a clone if your screen doesnt make the sound where hes around you then just stay still unless he's going to u
Second a tip where a noob will call u a hacker but a still strategic tip: whenever your a shadow main the best thing is too run from the exe or juke the exe and immediately use shadows attack to immobilize the exe while having a way to get away easily when u have shadows dodge
I really like the guide but ill give some tips too this might be ling but itd worth to do it
Boys trio -
Tails, knuckles the echidna , and eggman
Tails - Mobility, and ranged stunner -
Arm cannon - a ranged shooter thst can help yourself in a long distance or close hits also can save other teammates. The downside for arm cannon is hard to aim for (Mobile) players make sure to time right on siming and watch out for sinic.exes clones it has a higher chance that you might hesitste and shoot enadomky without stunning the monster
Glide - a glide thst increases safe awareness for tails and makes him a bit faster by flying this method is by using for escapetion but it is bad for low ground i really recommended to use in a high building/geound for great gliding
Knuckles - stunner, defense
Punch - a quick melee attack to stun sonic.exe but the downside for this is sonic.exe can dodge this by jumping up the survivor (knuckles user) making it an disadvantage..
Block - a defense use that protects you from getting 1 hit . Blocking it makes both of you and the exe push back but you are faster to allow you to run or escaoe wuickly the sonic user will push back longer than usual (PASSIVE)
Nos (nerve of steel in the vid)
Eggman- mobility, stunner
Shock- a weapon thst eggman uses for great stunning and saving teammates this allows you to have a 75% stunning and 25% of not stunning sonic.exe since he can run away t`he shock allows you to get "s" what is s you say? Iframes allows you to not get yourself indanger or hit due to s saving
Jetpack boost - a jetpack that allows you for an advantage to go different places that allows sonic.exe slowing him down and allowing the survivor(eggman) run quickly
GIRL TRIOS AT 5 LIKES!!! (Amy, cream , sally )
Bonus : Red rings - allows you to run faster but takes down your health/hp 1 per tick. This ring is very useful on running for minions or the main killer sonic.exe use this for emergencies like getting hit once from sonic exe and getting chased for awhile colldct a red ring quickly ( cream's speed boost also mixes with the red ring )
Hemorrhage - a gamemode where everyone bleeds you may need to collect rings yes ring`s.. a ring that heals you 10+ (if no one has collected it) if someond collects it and you collect it sfter it heals you less
Hardcore- basically a one shot gamemode so you need to becarefuk in this one thanks!!
I had this one bug where I could see the ladders but it would only work if I was knuckles
This video is what introduced me to this game 3 months ago
They should get the steel nerves passive back to knuckles when being hit
The only roleplaying that is allowed in this game is addressing teammates by names (that does include “Mr and Ms” from cream)
I really needed this to help my friend tysm! She can finally stop using tails just to fly :|
Glad I could help
I usually use eggman bc its hard for me to use knuckles punch amys hammer and tails cannon bc i cant really aim
So the reason i use eggman is bc to stun sonic.exe you just have to run into him and i also never really won a match as sonic.exe and also knuckles has 2 revives instead of 1
I find this game really fun, this guide will definitely help me out for when I play it again
good guide but I feel like I just play the game the same way and I dont put much thought about strategies and it works out so for new players to learn how to play, just play the normal way everytime.
Maybe, I think experience is the best way too learn. But it’s also a team-oriented game that requires learning a role
a tip for sonic is stopping when someone jumps and trys to juke what this does is makes them panic and try to move away and it works for me everytime and i get a full solo kill with them and for survivor hide behind walls and move around when sonic trys to hit u cause he may not see it coming and but i dont know the new things i only know the stuff from 2020 of the game man i miss it so good
What I do with the decoys is I place two and I pretend be a decoy acting like the CPU’s behavior and at the right time I blitz the survivors
Rouge can also be played with tails
POV: your actually trying to rollplay and you find a simp
18:33
We might need a how to play as characters
I know I’m late, but 1.0 is still out, so forget it, here’s a revision.
Amy, Sally, and Rouge all also have mobility, in terms of Roll (Sally, Hammerless Amy), and Slide, (Rouge).
DUDE THAT SOLO SOUND WAS FROM THAT MOVIE "spider man across the spider verse" I WATCHED THAT!
I'm a knuckles main so here's a knuckles tip: if cream or someone that isn't knuckles shadow and eggy go to the exe and block into his face so if he hit while grabbing u van block and your teammate can run of,I hoped this helped bye
Tips: when you use tails glide you can shoot at the same time but it’s risky
This is in the latest video
I can see SparaTanto and JacobTanto in this part 1:44 I ran into them yesterday, they were pretty annoying teamers.
Good to know, I don’t remember having a problem but then again it’s been a minute
Note: NoS (Nerves of Steel) and Amy’s hammer throw have been removed in the new v1.1
Idk what got replaced with Amy so here is Shadow's new ability for you:
Tackle: Tackle is a medium ranged stun attack that is similar to Dash. Only belonging to Shadow *maybe more in the future*
as knuckles or shadow pretend to be afk then use block right as sonic is about to hit you
This waa actually the video I watched to get me into the game! Thank you for so much help!

Thanks! I hope it does
I made it! It would be cool the tutorials for the characters

guys i’m a rouge main just because i used to be a horrid tails main (that kind) and i was not good at using any class except for creating a good way of knowing where everyone is with playing rouge
Problem of tutorials is, sometimes this no longer actual,in new version(1.11) the mechanic is change a bit.
i got jumpscared by my own song lmao
My bad 😂 it’s just a bop
i tried playing this game yesterday, tho idk if i can manage on mobile. this is a fairly concise tutorial n stuff!
Here is a tip:
As Eggman, do NOT chase Sonic.EXE with your shock on for too long. It can make you a target and get you killed. Even if you don't stun the EXE, it is still a HUGE waste of time and you should only do it when Sonic.EXE is close to you, not far away.
I got camped while in a self revive state as eggman, so I kept it on B press away so I can just get up when he stops
18:08
I can't tell if rogue got nerfed or buff because she used to have a self revive and now she is a sealth class which can hide away 90% of games
Buffed 100%
Thanks for these tips dude, even though i already know how to play the game there are a few things i learnt, so thanks 👍
