Funny how all these Slender series all take place in NJ, but never once does the Jersey Devil make even a cameo appearance, lol. But I myself live only 20 minutes from the Pine Barrens and I have never noticed anything remotely weird out here. Plus, in my opinion, the story of the Devil...is just boring and kinda stupid. No wonder no one uses him.

It is kind of goofy, but it's a fun myth to keep going. Our buddy Shanks, way back in the day, did actually start a series (or blog? I'm not sure) under the guise of it being about hunting the Jersey Devil but then being about slondors, I think. So, closer to your point but funny enough, still not actually including the Devil himself, haha. [J]
