My mom introduced me to Elvis movies when i was in high school. I was recently diagnosed with lupus and very sick. We were home all day together and we would watch them. She grew up on them. They have a very special place in my heart.

When I grew up, they had movies on after school. They always had "Something" Week, like Beach Week. Well I fell in love with Elvis on the Elvis weeks. I think I have seen all his movies.
I love it. Thanks for doing this great number by two of the most beautiful people in Hollywood. Some people make fun of his movies but you could take your kids to them and just have fun and listen to his great music. He also did some ground breaking songs for the times, like "If I Can Dream" from his 68 comeback special, a tribute to MLK and of course songs like "In the Ghetto", I was a teenager in the 50's and knew what struggles he had getting started and all the opposition he faced. See the short Doc called "Elvis Presley and the Black Community". Also there isn't much said about his boundless generosity but there are to short docs, "Elvis Presley A Generous Heart" and "Elvis Presley King of Kindness". Thanks again for reacting to my request i really love them in this movie and this song is cute. Esp when she throws him in the pool..but elvis really loved ann margrert and i really think would have married her but she wasnt going to give up her career to be a stay at home wife....

I used to go to the theater on Saturdays with my girlfriends to watch all his 'heart throb' movies like this. 'Girl, girls, girls',' Blue Hawaii'& so many more. Happy times as a 13 & 14 year old. LOL And Ann Margaret was a great actress as well as a pin up gal for the guys during the Vietnam war & she would travel with Bob Hope & the USO to entertain the troops. She was funny in those 'Grumpy old men' movies with Walter Matthau & Jack Lemmon too. LOL Thanks for the memories.

I have quite a few Elvis movies. Some are a bit corny but the music is always great. "The Lady Loves Me" is from the movie "Viva Las Vegas" (1964). Elvis had great chemistry with Ann-Margret. Some of my favorite Elvis movies are "Blue Hawaii", "GI Blues", "Fun In Acapulco". They are all full of great songs.
Ann Margaret loved elvis. They had a year affair.
