- Back-to-back panels made the decision to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt after hearings that nearly spilled into this morning.
They moved the measures to hold Garland in contempt of Congress for his refusal to turn over audio recordings of Biden's interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur.
