Great idea. But sir I have a flow that has 6 layers of approvers. So line manager > HoD > Finance > Site GM & Global Approval. My flow moves on to the next approver once the earlier one has been approved. How to introduce a delay in such conditions. And I want it for all the approvers. Thanks in advance.
This is really good video! the method is a good way to send reminder with 1 approval. But what if there are 2 approvals, and we want reminders to go out to each approvers if they don't respond within 1 day? Since the flow needs to continue run, we can't terminate the approval after the 1st approval, what should we do? Thanks in advance for your help!

I have an approval flow that I would like to add this to, but it has one new wrinkle. My approval has a time out feature so if the approval action is not completed after 2 hours, the approval is stopped and a new approval to a back-up approver is started. How would I stop the reminder email if the first level approval times out without terminating the whole flow?
this owesome. i have been looking for this now in days. but my requirement is a little tricky, will like to send the reminder in an interval. we have deadline for approval, if the approval was not attempted to will like to send a reminder 2 weeks before, if still not attemplted to then another reminder a week before, 3 days before. can you help how to achieve this. thank you
You are just showing to send a normal reminder notification mail. Approver cannot take any action from this reminder mail and he have to search his/her Inbox for the actual approval mail which he have not taken any action. I am damn sure that the approver will not like this process.
I tried this and if I approve before the reminder is sent out, the next action will not happen until the delay time is done. So this didn’t work for me :( . Does anyone have any ideas ?
I think the title "Approval with Reminder" is a little miss leading. Yes you are sending a reminder email but how is that helpful if you are not able to respond to the approval with an approve or reject action? all this accomplishes is to let me know i haven't responded to the email i cant find.
If an approval email is Send to the user but user has approved the record from the D365 CRM form then that approval email will be lying on his outlook so when he opens that he will be seeing the approve button still even though he approved from the form how to neglect this

This is one time reminder, what if manager do not respond in 1 day. We need daily reminder until manager approves it.

are you aware if approver already approved, then 1 day later, Approver will get 1 more email reminder?

Tim Miller - an approver always has the option of going to the approval center - a link could easily be added to the reminder email.
