Hi wonderful video explaining the approval escalation. I have flow which send approval thru email with options. So how should I send the reminders for those approvals.
How to add to custom text to the list if the approver is approver beyond the delayed time. Like if the approver after 5 days, then I want a custom text as "Approved after the Due Date"
Very clear. I am seeing an issue with approval step timeout. The approval in the dashboard still is active even after the approval step has timed out. Microsoft documentation says: Run duration: 30 days Includes workflows with pending steps like approvals. After 30 days, any pending steps time-out. Timed-out approvals are removed from the approvals center. If someone attempts to approve a timed-out request, they’ll receive an error message. But in my case, when the manager clicks approve or reject after the timeout, it shows a “succcessfully registered” message and does not give an error as written in the MS Documentation. Is this a bug? Have you come across this situatuion?
I am using create an approval V2 and wait for approval V2 actions in my flow.
Nice, thank you for real-approval workflow. 😸😸😸 I home to movie more about real-approval workflow, like reminder of the request of approval, approve by all managers, more scenario

This is amazing! Thank you so much. This is really helpful.
I like the escalation process the way it is explained, is there a simple process for escalation using flow without defining variables.
