      Nicole,
      If you're wanting to work with rhinestones, we recommend upgrading your Silhouette Studio software to Designer Edition as it allows you to work with rhinestone designs and bring in SVG files types. Outside of that, the only thing you really need are your materials! Vinyl, rhinestones, a pick tool, tweezers, a rhinestone brush, magic flock, etc. It really depends on what you're looking to get into. :)

      Not a problem! The Cameo 3 actually has a blade that automatically adjusts itself to the setting that you set it to in the software, whereas the standard Cameo blade you have to manually ratchet it to the setting that you need. :)

    Is there a particular shirt type for heat press. Or any shirt will do just fine.. I'm just confused between polyester and cotton shirts

    • @TheRhinestoneWorld
      @TheRhinestoneWorld  7 років тому

      Hey!
      Any shirt will do just fine. Just make sure it is not like a coated polyester (like football jerseys), as the adhesive will not be strong enough to stick to that type of material. You will not want to put it on Under Armor type, Dri Fit shirts as they will stretch and pop the stones off of your shirt. Other than that, you should be great!

    What kind of vinyl are you using and what kind of vinyl should I use and what setting should I put it on because I'm really confused

    • @TheRhinestoneWorld
      @TheRhinestoneWorld  6 років тому

      This is Siser Easyweed and Siser Glitter. It depends on what you're trying to make! If you just want normal, plain colors, Siser Easyweed will work just fine! Each vinyl has it's own pressing specs. For example: Easyweed has to be pressed at 305 degrees for 10-15 seconds at med/firm pressure!

    Hi!!! What's the machine's name for to print this logo design and to put in on the t-shirt?

    What size font did you use? Do you have some standard font sizes you use to ensure nice coverage of the shirts?

    • @TheRhinestoneWorld
      @TheRhinestoneWorld  7 років тому

      I'm not quite sure what size she used for that particular shirt. You would want to measure your shirt to figure out how far across you want the design to go and design accordingly. :)

    Hey.. isn't vinyl weeding a hectic or time taking process?? What if I have to print 100 tshirts a day

      If you have orders that large, then our advice it to outsource screenprints. We have some great vids on our UA-cam channel talking about this. :-)

    i have a cameo 2, do you know why my vinyl is being cut all the way through? I have my cut settings to a 2 which is what it gives me when i do the "smooth vinyl" . or should i be using a different setting? My glitter works great just not the smooth?

      Hello! I am not sure why you are having those issues, but you will want to make sure to follow these cut settings: docs.therhinestoneworld.com/go/?to=Cutting_Specs_and_Recommended_Cut_Settings. - TRW Richard

    Can you use any kind of vinyl?

      We recommend specific settings for our vinyl and equipment. We can't guarantee if other vinyl brands will work perfectly.
