I did not read the manga, but I am a fan of this anime. After watching season 1, what I've seen I believe that twenty fifth Baam has some sort of Godly power within him, but it hasn't awakened yet! I believe when the power inside Baam will awaken to it's fullest potential, then he'll turn into someone entirely different from what he is now!!
at the point in the anime ending? no, not at all, he has the potential since he is the mc(duh), but he has to train, and learn many things before he can be trully be treated as strong, i do recomend you read the webtoon, is really great
At the moment? not at all, there are plenty of others that are far stronger than he is even in the webtoon. Bam does have the highest potential out of any character in the show so he'll definitely become a literal god at some point.
