There's a lot of Filipino food in spiral buffet and it's sold out, both foreigner and Filipinos loves our dishes there are lechon, sinigang, karekare, bachoy many more
Yes for crabs and seafoods it is nice to dip it in spiced vinegar
Once ate in this buffet spiral buffet, the food is sooo yummy, but my favorite is the chocolate bar, varieties of chocolate i have a blast, i did not enjoy crab lobster and mussel because its cold, i was not told that you can request to reheat and add some sauce to it, over all the ambience, the staff, the food, the spiral stairs are just awesome 10/10
You can book a reservation for a table no need to book a reservation for a hotel room. my favorite buffet is in Medley in Okada and Spiral in Sofitel

thanks Ovela,i‘ll just make a corrections about that man you are watching in his other video he said 100us dollar for the street foods he tried here🇵🇭you‘ll not spend that much when you eat street foods cause the prices are varied what kind of food you want to eat,and it only cost cents or to a dollar.thats a big lie a100hundred dollar for street foods？your 100$ will go along way for a week.

I'm not a cheese and cold cuts and sausage lover twice a year having it is more than enough. I prefer still local Philippines food it's totally comfort food for me

Yes there’s also Filipino food
But it was just good. There are better places to eat fancy Filipino food. Like XO46 Heritage, Locavore, Mesa, etc. Spiral is for those who want western food where the raw ingredients cost a lot to import like the cheese, jamon Serrano, and foie gras. And good french cuisine is not that common in Manila. There are several French restaurants in the RP, but very few are excellent. Making French cuisine part of a buffet with simpler dishes makes sense.
