I love this content! You add just the right amount and type of dialogue. I'm most impressed that you said you would "shut up AND stop talking", then did exactly that. I hear a lot of people shut up, but continue talking, and a lot of people stop talking but never shut up. You did both, as promised, and at the same time, no less. Subscribed! Edit: I spoke too soon. Right after I posted this you started talking again. It was still in good taste. I will keep my sub and add a share. 👍🏻 Edit 2: Don't take me too seriously. I'm watching wood get milled at the moment, so I'm feelin' a little giddy. 😍
Its really informative video and the machine is very useful which you using and its efficiency is very high as compared to our timber cutting machine. I really impressed by your skills and the machine as the wastage is very less. can you please make and upload any video from control room so we can understand more. Might be I will import the same machine to increase the productivity.
Nice to see you back in operation once again and running the long ones again. I hope your collective families are all well, safe, and happy.
Glad to see y’all up and running…was having withdrawals!😅😂
Those 27 footers look like a handful. You and the guys do a very good job of keeping things running smoothly. Great video!
Thank you sir!
Just goes to show how much extra work is involved to process those longer logs. nice work guys😀
Those 27 footers are a lot of extra work for the men on the deck!

Those long length poplar would be great for making trim boards. Baseboards especially.

sweet sawing ty
I like to watch saws and am curious about the products after sawing.
Video #75 will give you a good representation of our products:)
Lots of people ask, but don’t watch the videos on them! Please share it
This one went to a private customer
@@Helmsburgsawmill Yes, thanks!
Always wanted to see what happened to the dunnage from the saw. Thanks!
Do the dunnage pieces hold secret meetings to plan world takeover?
Looks allot like Red Oak to me on that first long log.
Yes I put just a regular red oak grade log in front of it in the video. Not trying to be deceitful. I’m pretty sure I mention in
@@Helmsburgsawmill yes Ian you said it pretty well straight away.
I’m wore out just watching this video.
Are the long beams going to mats? Or construction?
Brader ok🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻good
Where's the purple? Great job Ian.
Who built this sawmill and how old might it be
Retired mechanical engineer
is that for a log cabin or a beam
@@josephdillman1780 a beam!
Does 13X9 mean 13 inches wide and 2 1/4 inches thick
13 wide, and 9 inches thick. It’s a beam:)
@@Helmsburgsawmill thank you
Sure would love to see some hog action
Your camera man needs some protection from those belts. Do you not have a belt guard?
Sam is a beast can’t nothing stop us and we have the know how
Yes, you don't see where it is. Zooming to get a closer view, which looks like the camera is closer than in all actuality.
