7.5 feet! Wow I'm exhausted thinking about that. It was lovely having a flick through those books. I definitely think I need the dawn of the nugget book!
😅first time here. I so very much enjoy you! I would love to get that sock book and would love to try your sock yarn!❤❤❤❤ i am Rhonda from Virginia, USA
Hello Rhonda and welcome! Haha maybe there's a US LYS out there that would like to stock my yarn you never know! The sock book is great fun, as is the group! x
Congratulations on your new job. Does your boss need a rep in Australia? 😂🎉 I'm a retired pharmaceutical rep and this would be a dream come true. What could be better, craft and books!!!. Can't wait to see your yarn box. So glad I found your blog.
Thank you for another lovely episode, although I'm finding it far too tempting! I found myself making a list of the yarns and books. I learned to knit many many years ago and since joining a lovely knitting group I have a new enthusiasm for learning new techniques.
Ah thank you for joining me! I'm glad you've enjoyed it - knitting groups are great places to be inspired and learn and laugh at whoopsies along the way!
Hey, I'm in the 52 Weeks of Socks group, too! I haven't started the March socks yet. . . also, could you turn your granny stripe blanket the other way... like make the width now the length and have the stripes go up and down instead of across? Would it be long enough for that? Then you'd only have to crochet until it's as wide as you like.
Hello fellow socker! Don't worry about not starting yet, we've got a whole month. I'm taking my time and enjoying the stitches. That is a good suggestion about the blanket - I think I'm more a horizontal stripe girl though, which is a shame because your idea would save me some hours haha. It's okay though - I've informed Marcus we need to do another mini swap so I won't run out before I've finished my blanket hehe!
Another lovely podcast. I've got some of that James C Brett yarn I'm going to knit a cloud cardi with it by Emily Bolduan I've got to swatch 😥but it's a lovely quick knit. Hope you find a good project for your yarn.
