I have not got a transmitter and wondered if you can connect the camera to the gimbal using the HDMI port on the camera going to the type -c port on the gimbal. will this give me just the camera image on the gimbal display? Hi Francis. Transmitter 2.0 is compatible with Weebill 2. However, there is a screen on Weebill 2, and if you use Transmitter 2.0, it can not support image transmission on that screen, but it can support image transmission in ZY Play. Transmitter AI supports both.

Hi there! Please check the previous tutorial where I show each knob. It is harder to see all of them in this video since the gimbal is rigged with the follow focus and transmitter. The cables too.
Hi zhiyun. Great products. I bought the Webill 2 pro package along with the master eye controller. I even bought an extra transmount transmission AI for my Weebill s. I have 1 software request. Can you update the Zhiyun Play app to allow a clean fullscreen on smarth device so that i can mirror my device and use it as an input in my switcher for live stream. Also on the master eye would be great if you did add a hdmi out port. This would be a killer feature. I see that there is an usb c port. Can u enable video out through this port so i can use an usb c to hdmi cable to go to switcher

Haciendo estos ajuste pude conseguir sacar fotos con el gimbal, no filmar. Podrías decirme o hacer un video , explicando que ajustes tengo que hacer para que funcione correctamente?

Why is there absolutely no information on how to use the transmitter ANYWHERE?! How does object tracking work?! It seems like this accessory is a total gimmick.
I wonder if I am the only one having problems with Zhiyun Gimbal. I have a weebill 2 which jitters halfway during my shoot. Even when I was just filming static shots. The gimbal will suddenly jitters and I have to tilt the gimbal slightly and it stop. I am quite sure I have it balance correctly as I had communicated with zhiyun service center thru their online chat, sent multiple videos of my balancing, including attaching lens support to the front to prevent resonance. However, it still jitters and it had become worse. Zhiyun finally admitted that something is wrong with my gimbal. However, the problem now that I am facing is that the service center in Singapore is not responding. It is frustrating that after purchasing a gimbal, I spent more time troubleshooting the gimbal than using it. And if it takes a few months for them to troubleshoot my gimbal since I have to sent it back, I am wasting my time and money to purchase a faulty gimbal. It make no sense to purchase a zhiyun gimbal and then purchase another gimbal so that I can carry on shooting while my zhiyun weebill 2 is sent back for troubleshooting. I would NOT recommend any consumers to purchase any zhiyun gimbal on the fact that the service is not good enough and you will be wasting your time and money. ( not so much o the product itself as I believe some of you may have good experience while using it. Sad to say, when I bought a brand new gimbal, it is faulty and the troubleshoot process is horrible. I feel that I have bcome a zhiyun technician.

It is kind of hard to figure it out which nob you have adjusted..... I think you better change a camera angle.
