I always thought high reps with low weight was better because there are a lot more contractions pumping more blood through the veins against lower blood pressure than heavy weight, dilating the blood vessels over time similar to how cardio promotes more bloodflow. I am more after improving circulation than aesthetics. What kind of reps and weight, or other exercise do you think most increases bloodflow in the forearms?
Lean and mean is the key ,Lee you are a boss , one can only hope they look as fit as u do at your age ,god bless u sir ,keep the bodybuilding knowledge coming in 2024
