This commercial is from earlier in the decade, maybe 1982.
I always thought the guy said Yankees instead of Yonkers.

@@peterp2153 These aren't actors (except the boss). They were real lottery winners. New York Lottery occasionally put big winners in commercials.

Yes I remember this commercial was definitely before 1988 but it was also after 1982.
It was around 1986.
