I would say that half of us got the result right, and almost all of us got the 5 sets right. On clay, with a crowd against, with physical problems for 5 sets (the same ones that led him to his previous only 2 losses of the season - kudos to the physical therapist who helped him several times during the match), Sinner managed to play a fantastic match against a great Alcaraz. How boring are you in the comments talking about Sinner not deserving the top ranking? Djoko would not have beaten Dimitrov either. Today Sinner and Alcaraz proved once again that another era has dawned.
The sinner performed has been a miracle. He was out of action and even in bed three weeks before Roland Garros, first due to the hip problem and then due to the ill. He trained 4 days before Paris. Despite this, he was defeated in 5 sets on his least favorite surface. He deserves it and he will be number one for a long time.
@@rogerreverence4737ma le sue gambe erano a posto e si è potuto allenare fisicamente ….Sinner si è dovuto fermare completamente per cercare di guarire dal problema all’anca !
Alcaraz had an arm injury and was out as well. I think both are great players but, let just said that Alcaraz is just built different. This young man is soooooo talented ❤❤❤

When a tennis player reach his first GS finals and win, he must have a very special talent specially Roland Garos that so many talented and top players failed some and of them can't even reach the semi finals for many years but Carlitos did it in three surfaces at the age of 21 that the big 3 didn't achieve that in the past. This kid's talent and skills is special.😂😂
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me that it’s Jim Courier who will be calling the men’s final live on Tennis Channel! I beg you, I really hate the way McEnroe and Carrillo do it on NBCa broadcast. The constant talking, inappropriate laughing, talking about themselves, talking during rallies, not actually commenting on the shots and points.. my gosh
If I’m listening to commentators, I want them to be relevant and insightful to what I’m watching.. instead of mostly banter about things that’s are vaguely, if not totally unrelated to the point we’re seeing on court. I don’t want to hear about what McEnroe said or heard last night that he somehow wants to connect to this match, nor do I want to hear Carillo’s constant chuckles at points with minimal insights. This is a tennis match.
This was far from a quality match happy for Carlos but I was bored until Set 5 Love both these young men but I do wish Carlos would not rely on coaching so much They will keep me watching but they should not be knighted the next Rafa novack and Roger.. those 3 are true anomaly’s Carlos is athletic and shot making is electric but at 21 ( still young but not 17) I don’t think he has very high tennis IQ and sinner is superb ball striker but not the most exciting and he’s a big guy who moves well but not great Carlos can win 15 slams sinner less but they both won’t equal the greatness of the big 3
Bad low quality match. Sinner is so boring to watch. Alcaraz is such a cheater with his disgusting loud elongated grunting & double barking. Hard on the eyes & ears.
I don’t understand how can people find that match low quality… do we even get it how hard it is to be playing for 4 hours in that clay court with the amount of mental pressure … and they are just so young …. and trying to be at their best , such a competitive match

Enough with the excuses. He didn’t have a hip problem when he was cheating and boinking Kalinskaya behind his old gf’s back lol

Carlos is the mentally strongest player of the new generation. Last year at Wimbledon he showed it and today he did it again
When Sinner won AO he was the mentally strongest and now that Alcaraz beat him in RG he’s now the mentally strongest…is this a game of tag?

If Carlos wins he will make history,Not many can win Majors on Hard courts,Grass and Clay.

Federer I am sure envies Carlito's 10-1 5-set record - I'm not sure ANYONE can boast of that kind of 5-set record 🤔
