【Note Block】 Hypixel Skyblock OST | Necron Doom (Boss Theme 3)

- This is an original boss BGM / fight song called "Necron Doom", made for Hypixel's Skyblock game on the Hypixel Minecraft Server. It is the battle theme for The Catacombs' Floor 7 boss Necron. Hope you enjoy!
I think I packed in enough power into this song. In the game it's actually split into four phases, with each section repeating itself until the boss has been damaged enough to enter the next phase. Hopefully this song structure helped compliment the boss fight, as I haven't done anything like it before. My favourite part is the anvil rave section. I put in a few references of previous boss themes into the song as well, see if you can find them.

Aaah, 10 months, going from not making it or barely making it most of the times to getting S+ like half the times, it's nice to see your own reflection in development in skill, knowledge, and stats. Reminding yourself the obstacles you overcame to reach to your current point. 😌
We really needed this, the fact that necrons boss theme is the same as everyone elses (besides bonzo of course) really made it feel like just a normal boss, and this music just adds to that final-boss feel so much. Nice job!
one complaint I have is that, once this song is up I'll never be able to beat f7 again.

I love the detail in the song and the fact that there's stuff that you didn't just toss out of left field but you actually chose to use segments/the melody of dungeon drama in it. That's sick.

Didn't really pay too much attention to this track until Necron Disc came out
And wow, that was a great song.
Not gonna lie, the anvil sounds and explosive sounds are a great additive to the song, with the high tempo and the leitmotif of Dungeon Drama this really tops the track
and I definitely feel some touhou vibes (heck yeah)

It goes well as it seems like to end of a valiant fight and an end of an adventure
A song that I thought I’d never hear in game is now a song I’ve heard in game over 150 times
Love how 0:53 is the normal boss theme

@@InCompet4nt that's ... not how it works, even if they revert the combat changes, updating the old code to match with the new versions will take more time than it's worth, besides the combat cooldown can literally be removed with plugins if you've touched 1.9+ hypixel before

Hello Shinko, if you don't mind how did you get those potion splashing sound effects and anvil dropping sounds into the OST?
A bit late but the Minecraft sound files are pretty easy to remove from the game. From there, he just imports them as an instrument to the music program he uses and can use them just like a piano. As far as getting it into dungeons itself, Hypixel runs a plugin that enables the console to play sounds even when they don't normally happen (e.g. it can play an anvil sound directly into the player's ears even when an anvil doesn't physically drop) and just plugs this into it.
