ALL the comps showed in this video are BETTER than the standard Melusine buster looping comp (either frontline only, no double support or lower party cost): I just had to put this out of the way from the beginning, since I don’t like brainless buster farming. With that said, Melusine is still the MVP for this node, mainly for her ability to swap between ST and AoE NP, on top of her absurd charge skills (yeah, both of them). Don’t sleep on Eresh though, since she has the best damage in wave 3 and so she pairs perfectly with Melusine. Lartoria, Morgan and Romulus can work too, but you must have given them a lot of love (NP levels &/or grails). Among Arts lancers, Percival is definitely the winner this time, given his lower cost, high damage & amazing refund: you can see that I checked for both Ryoma and Vritra but I didn’t give numbers for summer Melt, mainly because her damage is extremely low in wave 3 and she doesn’t work very well in multi-core (she can still work though, at very high NP levels). Fionn who? For secondary DPS, once again Oberon is the best choice (frontline only comps), but you’ll need at least one NP2 copy to farm consistently (yours or from supports). Faker can use her NP two times to help with damage in wave 3, while LoliVinci & Abigail can clear room 1 and help the primary DPS with both damage & refund. PS: Karna’s sad tale at 06:33 match the previous Arjuna’s sad tale from yesterday (25% NP charge skill perks). EDIT: jokes aside Fionn can loop too with double Castoria & Oberon, he just need his append unlocked (unlike Percival) and Castoria NP to help him with damage. IMPORTANT NOTES: - 1) These Hunting Quests give higher Bond Points than usual, so using your Teapods is advised - 2) Hunting Quests use Event supports, so be a good friend and setup your supports with Bond/QP bonus CEs or with the corresponding Materials Drop Bonus CEs
Thanks for putting this together, Fox! Seems to me Oberon is needed to min turn most of the tougher farming quests moving forward. Glad I have a NP2 Oberon. 😬
@@ethantan9837 if he wasn't such an OP support already I would think of an NP rank up, since he really hits like wet noodles (even when using his S3). Going forward I don't know if lv90++ nodes will feature him doing DPS work like this (I try not to spoil myself too much from JP), but having NP2 on him can definitely come in handy regardless
Yeah Percy is the surprise package indeed. Both his damage and his refund is awesome. This high hp enemies made me realise that cuz usually I use summer melt instead. Thanks for the other comps as well!
@@Q9Teen he is a bit too good tbh, to the point he beats the 5 stars options like Ryoma and Vritra: he has better refund, team utility (buff, heal, target focus) and even utility in challenge quests (ignore invincibility). His damage is also going to be better since he can (will) spook us any time we summon, so higher NP levels. The only limiting factor is his low np gain on facecards, but who need to worry with double Castoria in play and his amazing np refund? I can see the 5 stars getting buffed to make them more viable (not at the same level, but it's similar to the Kriemhild problem, but at least she is story locked so arguably harder to get than permanent 5 stars) and also to make them compete with the plethora of AoE Arts units in the game at this point
@@Rosemaryalter2711 he can't insta-kill this node without RNG: he can tackle 80% death rate (unlike Nitocris or summer Kiara who needs overcharge), but not 50% death rate. We are getting a new MC in a couple of days that will help in waves of only one enemy with slightly lower death rate to insta-kill

NP1 Oberón + NP3 Percy and Casturia gets the job done quite easily. I think NP2 would be enough tho
