It sucks to have people go through the rooms to the bathroom, but it's nice to have 2 dedicated in-room bathrooms where one bathroom doesn't end up being the designated "guest bathroom" (in a roommate situation).
The South Loop location is my preference. Love the east view for the sunrise and the building is generally close to all major grocery stores and the lakefront. Love Lincoln Park but definitely do not want my guest walking through my bedroom to get to the bathroom. Two requests for future videos...will you please speak a little slower and if Alex or whomever is filming the units can they slow it down a bit. They were zipping through the units, especially on the first choice. Thanks for your consideration.
I liked the views to the east of #1, the neighborhood vibe of #2, and the price of the 3rd. #1 is my fav. Thank you for another great vlog! 🥰❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I'd say #2 as it's not a true highrise and it's Lincoln Park so probably few blocks from the lake. Looks like #1 is the highrise at NW corner of Clark/Division so you have Wells St restaurants, bars but it's the most expensive. The South Loop one #3 I'd pass on--if you are moving to the city South Loop there's just not a ton of places to go, etc.
Interesting to see the huge price per SF difference between Chicago and apartments here in the Northeast. At those rents though I would just buy. I would go with #3 until you have enough to put a down payment on a place you like.
I’ve been searching and can say the first two are not a very good value. I’ve visited similar around the river for closer to 3K but with similar sq feet and views.
#3 really appealed to me.
I like apartment #3. The lower price and the view seemed to be better with nearest buildings farther away.

I think orange might be your color.

Loved #3!!! So glad I found your channel!!!!!
The last unit. Hands down!!
Lived in BP and it’s close to the third unit showed and I loved that area so much.

Unit 3.
#3 was amazing
Ridiculous waste of money, 5k a month is like a mortgage payment on a 4000 sq ft house in Naperville.
I like the first apartment!
#3 is the best

Do you work with people on all budgets?
Loved all of them, but why is it so hard to find a 2 bed 1 bath apartment? I dont want to clean two bathrooms!
They definitely are not as common!!
#3...ps luv ur top
Do you know what you could get for these prices in rural Albania!?
