FOR THE QUEEN - A first look at a GORGEOUS story telling game...

You shouldn't judge a book by its cover, but what if it's a game shaped like a book? With a magnetic close?
For the Queen is a storytelling game from Darrington Press. In the video, I give you my first impressions of it. Since then, I think I might have been a little harsh - RPGs don't need bosses to build a good time, and this is perhaps more of a prompted RPG than a game. It's an interesting distinction.

Love this game! It plays really well and makes some really deep and engaging stories in a short period of time. I feel like it straddles the line between a board/card game and an RPG but in a fun way. I've told more compelling stories with this game in an hour and a half than I have in RPG campaigns that took six months.
