She is just wonderful. What I love (and this is not unusual with comedians who tend to be a bright lot) is that when you look her up, there is a section called Legal Career, detailing her seven years as a corporate lawyer, her scholarship to study, and three months working with people on Death Row in the US. And yet she ordered one mushroom? One of the best people on TV I think.
Intellect doesn't necessarily equate with common sense. I work in a university and some of the academics are superb in their chosen fields but not safe to cross a road by themselves. She's a perfect qi guest. Clever, silly, full of interesting facts, gets on with everyone, and very little ego. I loves her, and want her to be my mum.
Been waiting for this compilation not gunna lie. Legit screeched for joy when I saw it on my recommendations! I adore Susan Calman so very much!! Her banter with Sandi is just hilarious, it’s one of my favorite things on QI.
So good! We need a Part 2 though - her singing War of the Worlds from Series Q and the Locust Bhaji from Series R are classics. Oh, and "you are sixteen, going on seventeen..."
and now it would NEED her bit about her size 3 feet that say "I love grimsby" and about her peri-perimenopause on that weirdly horny episode with josh widdicombe
Disappointed you didn't include the question where Stephen Fry gives a clue that it involves the greatest rock and roll band of all time, and Susan jumps in with "The Proclaimers!"
I adore Susan Calman. She always come across as so down-to-earth and I love her outlook on life - eg, smiling at strangers because a smile can brighten someone's day and her day is also brighter if she gets a smile back ☺. She's very like me in her fear of numbers. I recognised the sheer panic when she was asked to repeat the numbers limerick and it came out as a mass of giggles. My panic comes out in blushing and a rapidly increasing heartbeat, almost audible to others.
How can you not include the one with Susan singing “You’re sixteen going on seventeen” The way Sandi says “it’s like that but with a tune” just floors me every time!
Absolutely 💗 Susan! She’s so brilliant & makes any program better! 🤣 Even though I love them all, Susan & Sandi or Noel could def rival Mel & Sue as hosts of British Bake Off! 🥰
I love Susan, she is delightful and always looks like she's having so much fun on the show. One question, though, why is Susan apparently never on the show without Sandi? Even when Fry was the host, if Susan was there, it looks like Sandi was always right next to her.
Scottish, short, loves Smurfs .... So only one coat of "Braveheart" blue body paint needed for Susan to become a Smurf! She'd be adorable in one of those hats and getting into mischief 😂

Agreed, could tell she’s a smart cookie. But could we picture her as a lawyer though, … her cute giggles and all … 🤣😆

This is missing so many, Susan is one of the best
Definitely has enough for a part 2
Watch her "secret Scotland" absolutely love your enthusiasm Ms Calman 😍
She is the best part of the "Quest part 2" episode :)
She's one of the few panellists that will make me rewatch episodes she's in. The Star Trek one was legendary.
When she and Holly Walsh started singing Any Dream Will Do, I absolutely lost it 😂

I love that Susan turns into a giggling schoolgirl and the constant flirting between her and Sandi.
Their chemistry obviously causes so much sexual tension 😁
It's banter ...its just that fools. 😅😅
I get so excited anytime I see Susan on now because the banter between her and Sandi is always fantastic!
Susan and sandi are great together!! 🎉
I’d love a show with Susan and Sandi just having adventures
I can just imagine her sitting her wife down and saying "Honey, I have to tell you the truth. I ordered a mushroom and 4 sacks of onions..."
Can we please have a Phil flirting with Stephen and Susan flirting with Sandi compilation? That would make my day!
And stephen and jack whitehall
I think this has at least a bit of what you're looking for

She really is turning into Sandi’s Phil Jupitus.
Nice name.
Phill and Sandi flirting with each other 💜💜💜

She's absolutely lovely. And so are you, it seems 🥰
You might literally be her biggest fan
If Alan were to ever leave, she would be a great replacement. Hope that never has to happen though
I too hope that never happens but you are right. One like for you.
She and Alan are the only ones who can annoy Sandi to her core lol
@@station12a Rhod Gilbert's also on that list
@@cybergeek11235 True! Especially when he is making fun of Denmark lol
Wait for somebody to plan to assassinate Alan.
I love that the “Susan meeting Kevin” clip was clearly before she was on Strictly and danced with Kevin Clifton 😂😂😂
She's a perfect qi guest. Clever, silly, full of interesting facts, gets on with everyone, and very little ego.
I loves her, and want her to be my mum.
Also she plays the same role Phil Jupitus played with Stephen: constant flirting

Does anyone else think it’s quite lovely that Ms. “I’ve never met a Kevin” later not only met a Kevin, but nearly won Strictly with him?
I think she is just the cutest woman!! I love her.

Susan has a wife and a boyfriend. As she once said on QI, he lifts her up to get to things on the high shelves in the supermarket. :)
0:35 ...Sandi perfectly smug now that she can finally look down on someone
The "Onion Day" story is one of the best!
Under ten minutes is impressive, she's gold every episode!
Can't help but adore her
If Alan ever followed Stephen’s footsteps...
Susan is the only person who could fill his shoes
I think it's safe to say that we need part 2!
She's such a treasure.
This should be called “Susan Calman turns pink with embarrassment for 9 minutes and 47 seconds”
Susan Calman is Fantastic.
She should be listed as a Scottish National Treasure.
Omg I love Sandi's face throughout this. Absolutely hilarious 🤣
She makes me smile just seeing her, but her stories made me laugh out loud.
Her story about watching Gravity in the IMAX from the last series should be on here.
Ooh, I don't think I've seen that 1. Which episode was that??
