Great video. I enjoy when creators go back to basics. Bread and butter fishing at its finest. 🔥🔥🔥
Cheers mate, appreciate it!
Gday mate, where’d u get the platypus line from? Do u think a 2-4 kilo rod would hold a nice yella? I’ve got 3 rods, Shakespeare BAITCASTER (not very expensive, like 80 bucks), ugly stick balance 3-5 kilo and a 2-4 kilo Shakespeare hot rod (I got it for free)
Love u content mate, keep up the great work!
Great vid Lubin. Just goes to show by keeping your bait moving for yellas it does the job
wonderfull video, ive never fished the nutty im from cairns so this is new just fitting out he quinine and then it s on . with the carp ive been told you don't release them is this true .
That was great, I really enjoyed this. I love bait fishing. Back in the Lake Mokoan days we use to use that exact same rig and technique with yabbies. The yellas would hammer them!
I always enjoy a good bait fishing session on the river! Thanks for watching mate
Great fishing mate. Would like to see that done with shrimp also. G
Luben, I came back here to say , I used that technique today, from the bank,, I caught 2 nice yellas,, a 39cm and a 37cm.. that was excellent advice. I used 2 night crawlers, and a size1 hook, but I used a small red bead, and 2 pea sinkers. Thankyou again.
That’s great to hear mate 🙌
Don’t know how you got that Carp up out of the timber. It’s actually law I think not to put them back in any Aussie system. Bloody dirty things, who ever thought to bring the bastard fish over from wherever in the past, idiot. I’m gonna follow yr lead and pump some nippers and try them in local up here on the Mid North Coast. Having no luck with my lure fishing of late. Look yr definitely a lot better fisherman than me, to me that’s obvious. I’ve got a long way to go to catch up with the likes of you. But I should be catching a lot more. I reckon I’m the most unlucky of fishermen out there. Just can’t get onto them. Whether Bream on bread. Flathead on paddle tails and Bream on grubs, I haven’t got more than two in any session in two years. Can’t seem to smash it like some of you guys do. What’s my problem, just seems to get worse and worse. I remember a recent session, where on nippers I got twelve undersize fish in a row on nippers when a few weeks before I’d caught two and they were both legal from same spot. Another time using some great locally bought paddle tails fishing local Breakwall. Anyway got smashed again and again. Saw all the bite marks. Came back all chewed up, failed to hook one, getting desperate. Anyway, any tips. Love yr channel mate, see ya.
I love your callop videos. Very enjoyable.
Cheers mate!
a great video Lubin. Awesome for average joes like us...BTW...why those shorts mate? 😂
Good to see your back on the river mate! Been waiting for these videos to start up again.
Good to see your catching young callop I was out fishing riverland with worms only got carp but will keep trying good video cheers
Definitely great to see young fish in the system!
Good to see there is more than just carp in the river down there compared to up my way. Great video and that was a great battle to get that last fish out from the snag even though it was only a carp
Many thanks for watching!
I all use two small sinkers , when you Bob the bait , two sinkers click together to make a sound .
No wiggle no nibble
Well done getting that carp out. I was sure it was gonna be a bust-off. Thanks for another great vid.
Next time use scrubbies only need 1-2 per hook
Scrubbies are hard to get around my area unfortunately
Might have to get me some worms this weekend. Another great video mate.
Worth a shot! Thanks mate
Good session on the yellas mate great to see good numbers in the lower Murray after the floods keep up the great vids
Thanks My area, my style, your succes rate not mine Cheers
Awesome video hear the stretch in the line and rod loaded right up
Beautiful video mate, any idea how the ones with fin rot turn out? Do you have to report it to fisheries like we do with red spot on the east coast? Good to see there are nice numbers of yellas around anyway cheers
It would definitely slow them down but you don’t have to report it. Thanks for watching!
Great video mate!
Good to see a few yellas around
Bloody carp 😂
😂
Swear to god if my surface stump jumpers or spinner baits keep getting hammered by carp. Im gunna nuke the waters.
😅
Great video Lubin.
Thanks David!
Keep the worm tub upside down
