    Great video Chris.
Let's be honest, the thing that makes Snap On better than others is that their reps rarely ask any questions when it comes to honouring the guarantee. There's no, "how did you manage to make your screwdriver into a circle undoing a screw mate?" 😂
They're sometimes a little better when you're dealing with a crusty old bolt, but that doesn't make them worth the extra cash on its own!

Fruehauf used little colour coded rubber sleeves on there pipework for easy identification bit like we use the colour coded cable ties, now,, yea got a brand skelly trailer to trim all the cable tie ends back on clearly the chap wiring and piping it up only had a pair of secateurs 🤣 as the ends are any angle and rather sharp ... I'm with chimp keep the tunes rolling 👍

Hi Chris great video as ever.
My pet hate is sharp cable ties my arms look like I have been self harming due to them I have the snap on flush cutter 786CF but ordered them ones someone has put in the comments.
I have a sticker on my toolbox saying.
It’s not the tools in the toolbox that matters it’s the mechanic who knows how to use them that matters.
Keep safe mate all old skool fitters know a chimp and boney in every workshop

KBN 150? I just went and googled the cutter profile. Nice. That's smething that's on my wish list. £23 on Amazon. What did you pay for yours if you don't mind me asking?

Just bought myself a us pro 3226 1/4" chrome ratchet with extension and 4-14mm for like £11.50 delivered. Have 2 sets. Great for keeping in the top box when you just need to grab then. Save messing with 1/2" rail of sockets from sockets drawer, then open ratchet drawer, the extension drawer!!! Tools don't have to be expensive. How do you know if a nut has been done up by a £100 worth of snap on?

@@georgecroney6168 never had any problems with them personally. I would say if I ever brake a cheap tool its from misuse, like small torx bits shearing in completely rusted fittings.my Power tools are milwaukee fuel and worth the money over a cheap power tool, say Clarke etc, but with most hand tools I don't notice any difference especially these days a cheap tools are much better. I have used snap on, facom and mac etc. I do like the snap on ratchet screwdriver though.

You are right. I've got the same problem. Where I work is so noisy and that is the last thing you want to hear just utter nonsense. If anyone want to listen over and over again the same songs should get headphones. Best part of it when you have to diagnose noises and can't hear a thing. This workshops are a joke.

If you ever change a multi switch on MAN TG etc your torx ends up under the cab inside the steering box gator on top of steering box 10 min job takes best part of 3/4 of a hour if you want it back,I am tight so I can’t leave it 3 times I have made this journey to date 😡👍👍

Tool snobbery gives me the shits. If a tool works it's a good tool. I try and buy good stuff but I also keep older, cheaper stuff as well.
