Honestly don’t know what more Drake has to do at this point to prove his status as the GOAT. Guy is the most versatile artist of our generation, went from dropping a dance/house album just over a year ago to now dropping this absolute barfest of an album. Legendary shit right here 🐐 🐐
On “The Shoe Fits” when he is saying “I don’t know how to rap like that anymore” he is talking about how people, women in particular, say they miss him being pro-women, less misogynistic, excited about love etc. What he is basically saying is that he has seen women, and people in general, do some really dirty things to him and other people, as he is telling us through the record, that he can’t really look at women the same anymore. He can’t place women on a pedestal anymore because a lot of the ones that he had on a pedestal have disappointed him, hurt him, did him dirty, or just done dirt in general. All the women that looked like sweet, stand up women, that had their lives together - were the opposite. So it’s become difficult to rap like he is excited over them after what he has seen.
Everyone gone clown me but I liked Rod waves album the most out of this year like overall in total bc I like the music to relate to and real world struggles lots deal with🤷🏼♂️ that album was real asf

I want drake to continue doing whatever it is he doing to give me the music he's been dropping. Ain't nobody like drake but drake. Hes creating a lane of his own
You can’t go away and remain #1 that’s why he has the run he has. The legends didn’t have to worry about all the hate received today because people use to listen to music to enjoy it instead of hate on it.
10:43 Scru says if a dude is beating his girl Drake should say the name so we can all clown him but when Drake said Kendrick beat his fiance and then covered it up, Scru refused to believe it
Pissed off Drake is the 🐐. He hears EVERYTHING his haters say and obliterates them with bars every single time. There's Ye disses, Joe Budden disses, Pusha T disses, disses for some of his ex girlfriends and disses for other people we don't know in Scary Hours 3. Six songs of absolute HEAT from the 6 God 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Me and one of my coworkers were talking about our favorites from it tonight after our dinner rush...
Apparently I've seen Girls on twitter called Drake out for not dropping love songs like find your love, marvin room, shut it down. Now he still makes R&B but with more toxic vibes rather than simp music he made back then. He's probably addressing that on "shoe fits".
The tick tick bar was referencing when Pusha was talking about 40 on the Story of Adidon. And the the empty Clipes is a double entendre playing back on them being broke and their shots not doing nothing
He definitely does not rap like the old Drake that the women knew. Think about it..all his latest singing has been about his worst experiences with women. He doesn’t uplift them anymore. Hence the “I had my faith tested and beliefs broken in half, I just don’t know how anymore”
The realest reactor in the game and without question, others can react more dramatically and yeah is entertaining to see someone overreact a bar, but with you I see a ton of bars I didn't get by myself (specially since English is my second language and too the fact I'm not living inside the culture to understand all but still an American hip hop fan since 2011) so with you I enjoyed last Kendrick's album 10x more than alone because I missed a lot of hard bars, and with this isn't the exception, when u real u understand it and it's your case my g
Also, I don’t think he is afraid to lose his relevance. I just think in real life, he actually enjoys that rapper lifestyle. Unlike Hov, Cole, Kendrick etc. who kind of have to get back into their rap persona every time they step out. They don’t like that lifestyle. Drake loves being out, partying, staying up late, making music, shooting videos etc. - I feel like that’s when he is at peace. In comparison to the other guys that are only at peace once they are out of the spotlight spending time with their families So I don’t think Drake can take a break longer than a year and even that will have him itching.
@@camstarcfc4554 nah. He just has a working formula and he is following it. For the most part, Scary Hours 3 is everything people have been saying they want from Drake. But the first day numbers came out and they are some of his lowest. It just comes to show that the “pure rap album” that people want from him won’t sell like that.
