I am so glad that Danny is doing so much better and taking so much better of himself. During this he was really sick, had a vocal chord torn, and was a really heavy drinker.
Don't forget all the drugs he was doing as well. I am also really happy that he's settled down now

They sound amazing. the instruments sound excellent. Danny's voice is a little rough, but I think its because how they've matured. His vocals are much more, well, heavy than befiore. I love it. Im so ready for their new album.

not everyone is into or understands super technical music like dream theater, besides, Asking Alexandria's music sounds awesome
I think the best choice for AA would be to get a new screamer and put Danny on cleans imo. Danny's voice is hurt and if they don't want him to wreck his voice once and for all, I think it'd be very good to get a screamer.
They have got way better recently, he was just fucked then

Danny sounds amazing, people that are judging him saying he sucks try touring non-stop then see how your vocals are after that, then doing a side thing at guitar center as well he sounds amazing when you play show non-stop you're vocals are going to strain a bit and sound bad sometimes give him a break.

Lol, Periphery and Asking Alexandria are both in my top 5 bands. Reckless & Relentless is one of my favorite albums because of the emotion put into it. AC/DC isn't technical, it's still good music. The only uneducated person is you if you think bands have to play 3000 notes and crazy rhythms to make good music.

Music is not about how many notes you put into a song, its about the sound itself, simple or technical. even the most simplest song can be a master piece if it sounds good to the listeners. Art/music/sound is in the eye of the beholder and since my favorite thing about music is breakdowns I honesty think AA is better the dream theater. Even one of the greatest composers of all time once said "there are just..to many notes". You say you know music and you might, but you are missing the point.

Its not the original solo recording. Ben plays the solo in c while the playback version is three steps up on the c scale. Alot of bands do this live

This was filmed like 2-3 months ago you can tell by Ben's hair because it's shorter now and I watched the interview after this and Danny said his throat was sore and he was ill

I can see that you people don't know a thing about music. Ben is playing the solo an octave lower so it can be harmonize with the guitar you hear in the playback.
Danny had surgery in April and his throat is still heavily doped up. Give him a break guys; nobody can work their voice to a pulp and be expected to be at full capacity two months after they were allowed to strain their voice again.
to everyone saying Danny sounds shit, this is just after his vocal chords have healed and if you watch the interview done straight after this, he sounds really hoarse. If you watch thier recent performances like at Rock Am Ring, he sounds amazing.
