Tarun bhi pawar lifting ke bare me batao yall mujhe pawar lifting karni he kese istat karu kaha se 60 Kg wajan he mera par banch 60 kg se aage nahi lagti he leg80kg se or dadlift 120 kg isse aage nahi bad rahi he please kuch batao yarr iske bare me
