      As a young guy, I did not vote for him. (Not like rauner was much better.) Also, whitmer is just as bad or worse.

      @@josephrupsis4623 pretty much every Governor we've had in my 53 years has been dysfunctional. Most of them have gone to prison. Edgar wasn't too bad. Pritzker is a little better than our most recent run of governors, but that is not saying much.

      @@markcrites7060 Rauner didn't really do anything- he wanted a balanced budget (which meant we didn't have a budget) Pritzker just wants to tax everything into oblivion rather than figuring out how to cut spending and promoting growth. But hey, madigan said he was gonna resign so things might be *slightly* better.

      @@robotcantina8957 Does anyone ever mod these gen 1 insights by keeping the engine & parallel electric motor but adding a charger and lithium battery bank so the electric motor can be used more often?

      @@michaelbrinks8089 The electric motor on these cars is built into the engine flywheel.... so when the electric motor is spinning, it also turns the engine. Not very efficient as pure electric.

    Just a note for you is that tires have the highest rolling resistance when new, but also the highest grip. They lose about 20% of their grip over their lifetime, and rolling resistance gets lower as well, so if your fuel consumption is the same then that is perfectly fine, it would probably have worsened with a normal set of new tires.

    Well, you made me build my own out of a toyota Camry. It drove 3 miles and the transmission went out. It had no oil in it when I got it and still quit even though I filled her up. I believe the drive chain broke. A 16hp engine broke a 125hp transmission.

    Awesome channel, just binge watched it. Make sure the MAP sensor can handle your boost goals. If that EFI kit is built for naturally aspirated setup, the MAP sensor won't work for anything over 1 bar. Goodluck and looking forward to more progress!

    Nice car, but its practicality is limited without heat. It would be interesting to see if you could create some simple ducting to direct some of the hot air from the engine into the cabin so that the windshield could be demisted in cold weather.

    You could spray the exposed terminals with conformal coating or anti corrosion spray. Loving the build! Keep up the good work dude!

    I used a neodymium magnet to attach a piece of flex tubing to the exhaust on my portable generator. It lost it's magnetism in minutes and it never came back. It looks exactly like the one you have. I hope you have better luck. I replaced it with two larger ferrite magnets. They didn't lose their magnetism, but the one attaching the exhaust pipe cracked due to heat. For now I just wrapped them with aluminum foil tape to hold them together.

    Don't forget you can get a predator 212 up 2 22 HP with a stage 4 or 5 kit so there it a lot of room to go yet on this 420 predator.
