There’s nothing wrong with anxiety at all, a LOT of people have it actually it shouldn’t be shamed or frowned upon. Everyone is different and has their own way of doing things it doesn’t make one way better than the other 😊
The health stuff, look at what you’re drinking girl. Those are not good for you especially drinking them daily! Also, stop and smell the roses…. You’re always 10 steps ahead of life. Enjoy the moment just like another person has said. Whenever you make a vlog you’re stressed and don’t enjoy it. You need to find something you enjoy.

I think you should hire a dog Walker to take Greyson for daily walks, Malamute should not be stuck in the house 24/7 with no exercise. If you care about him give him a happy life or give to a person who likes adventures to take greyson out in nature alot.

I have a husky and the vet told me he’d be very active and he’s probably the laziest dog I’ve ever known lmao he loves walks but he gets tired halfway through. He’d rather sleep all day then play 🤣 my Australian shepherd goes 100mph for 16 hours a day but the husky is like 20mph for 3 hours a day lmao I’m sure her dog gets outside time and is doing fine
What makes you think that they don’t take him out for walks? Maybe not as often as before having kaden. But i can tell you he’s not stuck inside 24/7. & even if he was, don’t make it sound like they don’t care for Greyson at all. Bc that’s absolutely not the case.

Your heartfelt chat was very genuine and relatable, Meg. It’s inspiring to hear your devotion and love for God. I’ve also been reading the Bible and talking to God more and leaning on Him for direction and purpose. God will never steer you wrong and He does have your life planned out the way it’s supposed to be. My late mom was very close to God and she always reminded me to give all of my worries to Him and trust in his love and guidance. Best words of wisdom that I cherish dearly. Looking forward to hearing your testimony one day soon ❤️
I've watched you since you started UA-cam. I feel like we grew up together. I've always found you so relatable as I've struggled with anxiety and depression in the past 6-7 years, as well. You sharing your faith more and more has made you even more relatable to me, because I have struggled being in and out for years. When I'm close, nothing feels better and hearing you talk about it reminds me of how faithful God is and how He can use us. Listen to God's voice and where it guides you and His plan for you will exceed any plan you ever could've planned for yourself and your beautiful family! Keep on sharing your faith, sister. I’ve watched you since I was in high school. I’m 28 now. I always related to you so much because I’ve struggled with anxiety my entire life too. I started reading my Bible and have been getting closer to the Lord and it’s helped me with my anxiety so much, especially after becoming a mom. I’m sooo happy to see that you are doing the same and reading your Bible. 💜

Thank you for this post! I really needed to hear this. I have a lot of anxiety and I get really anxious when I drive and before I pull out of my drive way I always pray and ask God to calm my heart and give me peace. It's truly the thing I crave the most, peace in my heart.
Stop drinking coffee, maybe that would help with your blood pressure
And her anxiety but she won't 🙄 she says I never drink a whole cup 👀 well she should be doing anything and everything to help her anxiety and bp as naturally as possible for how bad they both are. Regular exercise, healthy eating, getting enough sleep. Mental health care which could be,
meditating/ mindful relaxation and intentional calming, soothing activities like taking a bath/ pampering. Taking a walk, getting a massage. Engage in your hobbies regularly to keep a happy, fulfilled mental state. The more time you spend intentionally putting yourself in a soothing state the more it will carry over unintentionally. 💞
I also wish she would tell us her blood pressure # bc if just the top # is high then it's mostly stress. She said her dad has htn too but also has anxiety so the conditions could be correlated within the individual but hereditary htn is inconclusive bc they don't know the inheritance rate bc it could just be environmental. If your parent has anxiety and therefore high bp/ htn then you are subject to a high stress environment and therefore anxiety/ htn as well 💁🏻♀️ not necessarily biological and would get it regardless. She took that nose spray about everyday of her pregnancy, said she was addicted to it and that causes high bp so I'm sure that has something to do with it. My mom took a weight loss pill when she was 30 and got super high bp. She stopped the med and still continued to have high bp, it never went back to normal. And it's 30+ years later. Something gets triggered and you can't undo it. I know Meg doesn't want us to speculate bc it causes her more stress worrying about all the things it could be but the medical field is so vast, it could be years and dozens of dr's and tests later til they figure it out. If ppl have any advice I would think it would be tremendously helpful. Especially if she is trying to conceive her 2nd child. I know she doesn't wana have to go on magnesium again! 😟

Meg you do understand that you can be a Christian, and know God in your heart, even though you’ve never read the Bible..right? I just wanted to clarify this because you mentioned how your mom literally taught CCD, but never read the Bible. That’s very common. I know many many Christians who have never read the Bible. Thats mainly because the Bible, is a very difficult book to read and comprehend. When you attend a church service, typically the pastor breaks down his message through verses. They don’t start on the first page of the Bible and read it from front to back. I just want to make sure you know this because you were being a bit judgmental and sort of bragging at how your parents never read the Bible but now they are, and that’s ALL BECAUSE OF YOU. You shouldn’t judge or boast. I hope you’d at least acknowledge my comment. I’m only trying to help you. It’s ok to admit when we are wrong, or when we don’t know something. Acknowledge the people who comment on your videos. Good or bad. In all the years I’ve been watching you, I’ve never heard you say “I’m wrong!” Or “I never knew that....thx for telling me!” That’s all part of being a good Christian. 🙏🏽
I don’t think she’s being judgmental, it sound more like you’re being judgmental towards what she may have been taught. Being a good Christian doesn’t mean you tearing ppl down. I was taught you have to read your Bible, and go to church.

Hang in there Meg. I’ve had anxiety since I was 22 and I’m now 38. I have two children. Anxiety has controlled my life for so many years. It only gets worse as you age too. Meds are a great option and also therapy .
I was exactly the same way! The only thing that helped was Jesus! Surrendering my life to him and communicating with him daily has changed my life! I learned that when you accept Jesus, he gives us the authority and control over our own body and minds! We do not have to be controlled by anxiety and fear, no longer have to be controlled by the enemy. In Jesus we have freedom! 🙌🏼

I'm not religious at all and was raised agnostic but even I felt comfort in your words Meg. Thank you for sharing those positive, hopeful thoughts! I think regardless of what you believe in or dont believe in, that way of thinking, being in the present and thankful for what you have, believing everything happens for a reason and avoiding lashing out in anger are all important skills to have and ways to think!

As a Christian momma, I can relate to you so much. Once we surrender to God we can start to see his plan for us. Within that it gives me so much peace and eases my anxiety as well. Love you and hear you!
Btw I got goosebumps when you mentioned feeling the Holy Spirit and hearing God's voice!! I had that experience recently. I thought I was saved my whole life but I was very lukewarm. He gave me a message through my sister and I FELT that. I almost started bawling too. It was the most amazing experience and I have never been the same.

Hi Meg! Just wanted to say that YES GOD speaks to us in different ways! Our plans sometimes are not HIS plans! Even though we may not understand why certain things happen or why our plans do not work out like we wanted them to... later on when we look back in life & we realize why certain things didn't go like we planned. It all makes sense & its such a great feeling when we get those answers (even if it does take a while to figure them out!) I truly believe that everything happens for a reason & it's great that you are listening to HIM

This isn't meant to be mean, but is your top lip crooked?? I only ask because I'm considering getting a little filler/lip flip, but IDK, is that just part of the healing/swelling? Just curious!
I got lip filler in Nov and was very swollen. The swelling when down differently so I had one side looking more swollen and crooked than the other until all of the swelling subsided. No swelling or crooked lip after about 5 days or so for me
Thank you Meg for being so open about your relationship with the lord. I read my devotional every day and i try to read a chapter of my bible every night. It has helped me tremendously during this past year and longer. I was born and raised in church and I appreciate it so much. It has made me become the person I am today. I have no embarrassment or shame to talk about Jesus every day. He walks with us, beside us with every step we take. Your vlog today put a smile on my face which I needed and I thank you for that. I have watched Meg since she first started on UA-cam, she is my same age & I remember always being soooo inspired by her & how beautifully radiant she always was & her family togetherness! I felt so close to her & even got teary eyed when they sold her parents home recently bc I felt like I had so many personal memories there. She inspired me to start my first UA-cam channel years ago & she was just always a light for me. That being said, over the years I have watched her less & less for different reasons, but last night & this morning I went back & BINGE watched her old vlogmas videos that I use to LOVE & it broke my heart. I see how happy meg was at that time & how beautifully radiant she was, she spoke with love & passion in her voice, she hung out with friends & had such life & passion to her & behind her love for cosmetology. I don’t say any of this to be judgemental or negative, I say it to pray aloud that Meg may find her happy place again. I have watched her struggle & I didn’t realize the extent of it until I went back & watched these old videos again. I know things change, times change, people change & move on, but I pray for Meg to find what makes her happy & passionate again 💖 I pray for strength & healing bc I’ve been there before & I know how it feels to lose it. I hate seeing her unhappy & monotone & always in a state of depression bc she use to be such a vibrant, lovely person. You have a team behind you Meg, who loves you & wants what’s best for you always 💖 much love to you sweet, beautiful girl! You do what you need to do, for you, always!
My theory is this; she's lost herself because she married an emotionally abusive man. I say this because it's exactly what I want thru... I lost the person I was.. I became empty inside and depressed and it was all because I ended up marrying a narcissist. I see myself in her, the person I was back then, it's like she's poured herself into her marriage and isn't getting that same kind of energy back. That's exactly what happens when you marry a narcissist, they literally suck the life out of you.

Whenever I’m bored I go to megs playlist and watch all her old 2014-2018 vlogs and vlogcemebr videos. Literally my favourite thing to do! And everyone that says her content has changed or she’s changed. Well duh she’s grown now and has a kid. Is a mother … is now more closer to god. Things change, people change. And, yet I still watch and enjoy her videos. ❤️ sometimes change is for the better. For the persons mental health etc. We don’t know what going on in people’s lives.
So happy you are with god now, when you were going through depression years ago and taking medicine for it I felt so bad I just wished that you’d find the real medicine which is faith, I’m glad your feeling better
Love hearing you talk about coping with anxiety through reading the Bible. I always find Matthew 6:34 encouraging and not being anxious about the next day because it will have its own anxieties.

I understand exactly what you are saying in the spiritual thoughts. Sometimes God allows us to know why....other times we just have to trust Him. I always needed things planned out too...but I realize we do that to control everything in our life....So we either let it go and trust, or we fight for control...and feel anxious. NO ONE's life is perfect without trials. The Bible is very clear that this world will have trials and tribulations for us. The only one with "perfect" lives are those hiding their truth. But do not despair. for He has overcome the world....and NEVER leaves us.

I definitely needed to hear this today! My husband is hospitalized and I’m pretty sick. We have 2 small children. I’ve been sulking for the last few days in anger, like why us?! Who did this to us?! It sounds selfish but I’m just so mad about where we are at this week. I know something is better around the corner

I read it every night before bed and I even got my daughter the teen bible for Xmas cuz she asked for it! Also, my husband, our kids and I have been going to church every Sunday for months now. We have opened God up more into our lives and we couldn’t be happier..honestly, it’s all thanks to you!! :)

I am so glad you posted this! My husband and I have been going through some seriously trying times. Death, finances, stress, anxiety, etc has plagued us for 3 years now (thanks COVID). We have been tested to no end and all I can see is darkness. I always ask "God why? Tell
Me why?" I have been having a very hard time dealing with everything and the other day at work was the breaking point for me. I sat at my desk crying saying "why God? Why am I here just why" and everyone single time I asked why something good happened to show me why. It was like he was speaking to me through people and it was the most amazing experience. I also agree that God puts certain people in our life at certain seasons. I think God is really speaking to His followers lately. I just keep thinking about that day at work and how clear it was that God was talking to me. Meg, let me tell you that you're not alone with being in hard times. Everyone is struggling right now and I mean everyone! There isn't a single day that goes by at work where one of us isn't crying our eyes out. You are not alone. ♥️
Yeah it sucks, but that is when you have to tell yourself....one step ahead of the other and stop letting people put fear into yourlifes, live your life. This is the only one we have. It turned it around for me. As long as you are in that mindset, you can get stuck, down and unhappy about everything. I have anxiety and have been taking meds for 15 years, I deal as best as I can, but I don't care about what is going around and just living life!
God is so Good! Keep leaning on him and he will take care of you. Be encouraged you're on the right track!

The biggest shock to me when I became a mom was how often kids get sick when they go to daycare my daughter was sick every two weeks for the first two years of her life

Cast all the worries you’ve spoken about to God. You can never have full control over your life and the lack of trust in Him is manifested in our worries and anxiety. Thats something I struggle with as well. The biggest differences for me happened after I started reading devotions, going to church, fellowshipping, and marriage counseling at my church lol. Hope things get better for you and thank you for being so vulnerable about your faith. :)

Meghan I have been watching you for years..... & having anxiety this long will start to make it severe and give you physical sympthoms. Think about getting on a small dose of anxiety meds and cbt theraphy. If blood pressure is caused by ur anxiety then with meds it should calm down. After a year or so u can try getting off and see what happens. Good luck. Btw I also messaged u.

I’ve had many of the same struggles that you have had. In the past I was so consumed with worry, anxiety and fear. When I came to Jesus, I learned that he gives us the authority over our own body and we don’t have to be a slave to our old thought life/addictions/sinful habits anymore. One of the verses that I meditate on is - We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. - 2 Corinthians 10:5
