I don't have kids so maybe I don't understand, but when she talks about wanting to cherish the moments then turns around and says like...well he's getting into everything, I can never get anything done. Well...he's growing up! Thats what toddlers do! Instead of worrying about not getting EVERYTHING done, just step back and be grateful you get to see him grow! That's such a special thing that needs to not be taken for granted. ❤

Let him be messy and use his fingers to eat. That's sensory play too. Just let little things go, in the end they will be sweet memories instead of aggravation. Get messy with him. Eat with your hands in front of him 😊 Also, essential oils can be very dangerous for animals so be careful. Give yourself a break and don't worry about everything being done all the time. Life is too short.
Since ant works and is gone most of the time why not turn the downstairs to a play area

I've read and seen alot about scented humidifiers are bad for your furbabies. It cause them to have seizures. If im not mistaken. I wanted to get one but once I read that. I just never took the chance.
They have pet safe ones, I know I work at grooming salon, and we use are diffuser often to help with the dog smell lol
Diffusing oils is fine around pets as long as they are not closed in a room with the diffuser. If the dog doesn’t like the scent, they will leave the area. And she is using the best quality oils so they are the safest you can have around pets anyway.
If it causes that kind of serious stuff I wouldn’t trust it with humans. That’s crazy. I didn’t know that.
Wait why wouldn’t you just put up a baby gate at top of stairs? Maybe I missed something but I feel like that’s a super easy solution to being worried about stairs!

With Lea true. But if I was that worried about my kid being near steps, I really wouldn’t care about looks. I have 2 kids so I know it’s hard to adjust to the baby stuff being everywhere and having to do things like put up a gate but it’s definitely necessary for safety.

Hoping for a negative result but I just had the same thing happen to me where my boyfriend got tested and we were convinced it was just a cold but it ended up coming back positive
I’m sorry, but do any other long time subscribers feel like you can no longer relate to Megs videos? I understand that her life has changed now, but if it’s just going to be baby videos and essential oil videos, I don’t think I can watch anymore. I don’t mean that with malice, its just how I’ve felt lately. I’m not a mom, I don’t use essential oils, so what’s left? I enjoy watching UA-camrs I can relate with, and that’s not the case with Meg anymore. I hate to unsubscribe because I truly am happy for her, but I also know I’m not going to continue watching her videos. They’re just...boring.

I totally agree , ive been subscribed to her since her pink and purple room , i just get down and depressed everytime i watch her videos, i miss how happy she used to be , i always go back to her old vlogs because they were so much more entertaining ! i feel like she should go back to beauty videos maybe do some organizing ideas , clean with me, etc.

That happens, I found her videos to be unrelatable when I was pregnant and after my baby and unsubscribed for a while until she had her baby now I’ve subbed again! You may find yourself back again 🙂
I have an 11 month old and it made such a difference when we cut out the third late nap around 10 months. I highly recommend 💕
Meg, I made a comment about using a play pen and the comments I'm getting are crazy. All I meant was using a play pen if you need to do chores and can't fully watch him. I didn't mean keep him there all day. That's all. I used one for my daughter when I was cleaning my living room windows. She had her toys in there and was fine. It comes in handy.
There’s absolutely nothing wrong with using a playpen to stay safe while moms are busy !! There’s a you tuber named SLmiss glam who used a large play yard in her family room while her twins were babies . It’s the best invention , they’re safe and have lots of room to play and have fun . Moms can fit in there too lol

I use a play pen all the time for my dude. He has his toys and it takes up the entire living room, I swear. It just helps because if not he tries to catapult himself down the stairs, eat dog food, or pull on all the electrical cords. We love ours!

You're such a great mum 💕 Did you know that it's actually really good for babies development to mess with their foods. Messy play is a really good sensory play. It helps them experience curiosity, texture, colours, and its good for their fine motor skills. It also keeps mealtime positive!

Having a picky eater can be a sign of vitamin deficiency! (Deficiency in zinc I believe). Research it to be sure. I learned this about my Niece and we are working to help her! 💛

Seriously! I watch a lot of channels with similar contents to Meg’s, but for whatever reason the comments on Meg’s videos are insane! I don’t see comments like that on other similar channels. Literally every other comment is something passive aggressive or incredibly rude. I remember her posting on Instagram after she had her son because people were threatening to report her to CPS.

Scented humidifiers make me so ill. I spilt a bit of oil on the radiator and it took the paint right off!!
Also, stair gates work great anywhere. You can buy extra panels and most can be snapped different ways or even straight across. We have ours in an awkward space and even had to bolt it to the wall but it works and I don't have to worry!

you are blessed to even have a house , it’s a big house also for three people , 6 months is usually when all my friends go to three naps , obviously every kid is different but I would cut out the third nap if he’s 9 months
My son is now 15 months and walking around everywhere. Stuff around the house is more entertaining to him than his toys. So yes I’m afraid it does get worse lol

Yes, it’s a thing. Some babies don’t sleep well and when women are also sleep deprived, it triggers PPD. When babies sleep good so do their parents, both parties are happy. Stop being so judgmental.
@@tayneeteen ugh this is so true my 14 month old still wakes me up. Had a long ride with ppd and anxiety. Thank god he’s helped me through it and understand it. Sleep is so needed when parents. I only have a two bedroom home with two children so I have my 6 year old sleeping with me and put the baby in the room and let her cry it out never been happier lol 😂

Meg do you feed Kaden any real food? You care so much about what you clean your home with but what about what you put inside kaden’s body? Fresh fruits and veggies? Not the pouch stuff with so many preservatives to extend the shelf life. Same with those nuggets and meatballs. Start him young on fresh foods.

Parents are more than just parents. They also deserve their own space. My kids have their rooms and toys aren’t allowed anywhere but their rooms, everyone parents different and him not having a play room isn’t effecting his mental health, but taking away a space for dad to be something other than dad may effect ants health.
Literally just giving him a cup of sugar babies DO NOT need juice ask any pediatric dentist or pediatrician it’s terrible for them! Besides if your not brushing his teeth that sugar is just sitting on them causing early childhood cavities
I’m sure she knows that it isn’t the best thing to give him that is why she gave him a splash of juice with mostly water. She seems like a great mama and she knows what’s best for HER son. My kids drink mostly water but if they want a cup of juice I let them have it. With regular brushing and dentist cleaning they will be fine. Comments like this is literally the reason so many people turn their comment section off.

Your lucky to get anything done when he was a newborn I couldn't my son wouldn't sleep since birth. Hes been too attached to me that my house is always a mess, I cannot do dishes. Thank god for my mom or this house would be a disaster! I can barely make food for myself. Motherhood is HARD. At least Kaden sleeps, my baby doesnt and hes the same age.

The stairs use a gate? It’s really not rocket science. They make so many versatile gates for any opening and you literally have a bedroom that has no one in it and a makeup room and don’t really ever post makeup worthy things why do u need a entire room lol you make everything so problematic always. The sleep consultant thing made me laugh nobody puts effort into anything anymore your his mom just stop over thinking everything

23 with a 1 year old & 33 weeks pregnant with my second, I'm a SAHM and its hard!! but I love being able to be there every second to enjoy her life❤️ working + doing mom life would be a little more stressful to me honestly..but SAHM is a full time job!

I thought he worked for a cable company. I only think that because I've seen his work shirts and I'm pretty sure they say Comcast or something like that. Also he brought home remotes from work for Kayden to play with.
