  • Welcome to our latest adventure, just a short drive from the bustling streets of Marbella. We're going to explore three stunning towns nearby - Ronda, Setenil de las Bodegas, and Zahara de la Sierra. Each place is unique and full of surprises.
Ronda: A Town with Breathtaking Views
Our first stop is Ronda. This town is famous for sitting right on the edge of a huge canyon. It has a beautiful old bridge, called Puente Nuevo, and a historic bullring, known as Plaza de Toros. Walking through Ronda, you’ll feel like you’ve traveled back in time. The views are incredible, and the streets are full of history.
Setenil de las Bodegas: Unique Cliffside Living
Next, we head to Setenil de las Bodegas. This town is really special because its houses are built into cliffs! Walking through the streets, you’ll see homes tucked under huge rocks. It’s like being in a storybook. The food here is amazing too, with lots of local dishes that you can’t find anywhere else.
Zahara de la Sierra: A Peaceful Retreat
Our final stop is Zahara de la Sierra, a quiet town with white houses and a castle on a hill. The views from the castle are amazing - you can see a lake and green hills all around. Zahara is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Spanish countryside.
These towns near Marbella are more than just pretty places. They show you the real spirit of Spain - a mix of beautiful scenery, rich history, and friendly people. It’s a side of Spain that many tourists don’t see, but it’s definitely worth exploring.

Refreshing new approach befitting what’s morphed into a lifestyle audience offering. Great to see a calm sedate Spain away from the intense high life social one of Marbella.

My favorite was Ronda. 2nd was Santander and 3rd was Chiclana de la Frontera. Of course, Marbella was the best of all places. We went to the Santander, Chiclana de la Frontera and Marbella to see Maluma in concert. The concert ticket prices were less than half compared to New York.

As an Italian this video, in general and specifically using the reference to "spanish coffee" (?), reminds me a copy and paste mode of describing these places. Better leaving space to images so everybody can form his own idea
