ingredients for 4 people:
knob of butter
250 g of minced sausage
half a glass of white wine
total 180 g of pistachio pesto
2 buffalo mozzarella
300 ml of cooking cream
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
chopped pistachios
400 g of homemade
cooking water

Bravissima, ma non ho capito una cosa: negli ingredienti ci sono due mozzarelle le quali vengono messe nel recipiente e schiacciate con la forchetta. Alla fine del video il piatto viene presentato con una terza mozzarella di bufala....da vive salta fuori? Grazie e buon lavoro.
