Great video ! 😃 I like the fact there is humor without ruining the other’s car. 😍 The mood of the video is great. This kind of content reminds us the fun that can be had, without breaking the bank. Keep doing what you’re doing. 😄 Take care.
The reason I liked Top Gear USA was because of Taner Faust a professional driver, and I'm very excited for this series because of Scott. It gives a different vibe from Car Trek or throttle house challenges.
Absolutely loving the top gear style episode! I feel like the Audi was the most Hammond choice, the Mercedes was the most James May choice, and the Jag was the most Clarkson choice because V8 rear wheel drive Or the SLK is Clarkson and the Jag is May because captain slow with the spongiest suspension and heaviest car.
Video ideas! The three of you could have an equal budget to create three distinct track cars from the same year civic (because k20/k24 engine). Then you go to a bunch of tracks and see whos car performs the best for each track. You could do two series: Civic Track Build Series and Civic Race Series.
This was great! I was a bit worried by the low production quality at first, but it was well edited, the order of events flowed well and the chemistry was great!
A lot of UA-camrs do the classic top gear challenges nowadays. Not everyone manages to make it fun however, but you guys sure did! Would definitely like to see more videos like this! Just make sure you keep it genuine and not the fake, badly acted, scripted stuff they do in the US.
I never knew you guys were based in Leam! Warwickshire is fast becoming the cenre for petrol heads! Caffeine and Machine, Gilk's Cafe, Mike Brewer and now you guys too!
seeing the price for gas was eye opening. I am here in texas, where my local gas is about $4.50 per gallon (.986 pounds/litre if my calculation is right), so seeing you pay $146 on gas was quite surprising. For reference, 15.5 gallons (58.674 litres) of 93 octane costs me about $65 (53.96 pounds).
I don't understand how you can manage to buy a car for under 2 grand when they look and operate in mostly good condition. I'd except to see a rusted heap that had 200k+ miles and a beavy of mechanical problems. Especially a Jag, Audi, and Mercedes-Benz...
I just wish the video would be longer! I really like the Top Gear Special style, I just think you should really lean into that and do more little challenges and give the whole tour a goal of some sorts (not just finding the best car to drive).
