I actually find myself bracing most of the time now after eating and even in my bed before sleeping. My hormones are driving me nuts, but I keep trying to eat anti-inflammatory foods like squashes, sweet potatoes lots of proteins and veggies. I don't crave sweets too much and am so happy about that. I stick to eating slices of apples, grapes, oranges, blueberries and bananas during the day. I am now drinking hot tea in the morning and evening with lemon, ACV, honey and ginger spice. This helps me with bloating along with my probiotic.
I really wonder if everyone can follow your formula. I was lifting pretty heavy weights and wasn't losing weight. I had a deca scan done and had amazing amounts of muscle along with a high body fat percentage. I was gaining strength but not burning fat. And I counted macros and ate a lot of protein
This is about nutrition if you are not losing body fat you are not burning more calories than you are consuming. I would recommend you join my 8 week challenge that way you will be following the correct meal plan and workouts to get results

I have osteoporosis got diagnosed in my late 30s and I'm so stressed out that I can't work out right now because I'm sick!! Everyday that I can't work out I'm scared I'm going to lose bone and muscle 😢 But I feel sick I don't feel well, If I force myself to work out while sick can that make things worse and not help me to not lose my bone and muscle?
