This is really great! Right now we are in the middle of the Holidays and I think that I can do another one of these challenges after them. Yes, I am always watching exactly what I eat and have small portions etc., but sometimes my daughter likes to bake my favorite vegan pumpkin cookies. I told her just to give me a small amount or else I will eat all of them. I don't though and I am basically a dark chocolate and ice cream lover. It depends on my mood. Most of the time when I am hungry, I have my prepared protein meals and it fills me up. I don't always have a sweet tooth, thank God! I control myself! 😃
Before I had my hysterectomy I did keto and lost a lot of weight… it seems to be the only thing that works for me… I have gained 30lbs since December and I’m not happy about it… it’s time to get back at it

Please tell what is your experience with breasts? Has its also dimished? I am asking because mine enlarged very much at the age of 50. It is my first concern, belly fat is just the second one😊. Any hope for me on that matter?
